K	Kay Nicholson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I come here, they are not willing to accommodate with me as I am a person with deafness so I depend on lip reading. I have asked them to put down their masks or write things down. They refused to. They always asked my parents to interpret for me and that is not okay. They are not the interpreter. I am the patient and they are not. Also, the staff spends their time talking to their co-workers about their personal life instead of interacting with us or doing the work that they are suppose to do. They are suppose to assure that We, the patients are being treated accordingly. Please, start using a face shield or find a way to communicate with us. That will helps us all, not just for the deaf but for others as well too.

F	Francis Chung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mask requirements have been lifted for two weeks now. No indication on the website, door or anywhere that you need a mask. I had to wait outside. Only thing is the lady that took my blood was awesome.

Had my sugar test and these ladies (Tessie, Rizalin and Vanessa) were very gentle in doing bloodworks. I highly recommend this place coz staffs were very good in doing bloodworks to people with lightly visible veins like me.

Their online check-in is great as it lessens the wait-time when you arrive, so I suggest using that despite it saying there is a "0-minute" wait time! My only bone to pick with this place is the construction around Keele and Finch, but since it is out of their control; I give this place 5 stars! :)

On the positive side: Online check-in worked great, I went to the front of the line when I arrived and was taken in almost immediately. The woman who took my blood was pleasant and quick. However, I chose this place because I wanted to see my results online. When I try to look up my results on their website, it can't find them. It says to email their support team, but they don't reply to my emails. I tried calling and it wasn't answered. I submitted a request for help on their website, and they sent me a form-letter response that wasn't helpful from an email address that can't be replied to. I wouldn't go here again. I'll go back to LifeLabs, where I can easily view my results.
E	Eduardo Cunanan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the beginning until the end, everybody was very nice and very friendly. It was a excellent experience. They go above and beyond. They even paid for my parking. I would highly recommend this place if you want to change your dentist. It’s top notch!
