★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my 1st time going to this lab went on a Saturday it's a walk in. There was a line but it moved rather quickly. The staff are very courteous. I have mobility issues and the lady from x-ray allowed me to sit down while waited. Marilyn took my blood and found my vein 1st try. The place was very clean. Great job ladies :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reviews are legitimate! Probably the best place I’ve ever gotten lab work done at. Easy to book a time online (even for the same day). Reception is friendly right from the get go. The technician was super speedy and found a very juicy vein (usually people find it difficult to draw blood from my arms). Very much appreciate the people working here.
The only downside is that parking is $2/hour and the minimum time is 1 hour. Worth it though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to 212-2100 Finch Ave. W Med-Health Lab (North York) 2 months ago to do blood tests for my 12 year old son, and unfortunately his veins were not visible and very hard to find, one Technician tried multiple times to draw blood from both arms but didn't manage to succeed. I am so thankful for Risa who eventually collected the blood without any pain and very quickly! She realized that my son was pale and about to faint, so she quickly asked him to drink some water and to lie down until he feels more relaxed. She kept checking on him and calmed him down with her calm soothing voice. She was very professional, polite, kind and patient! She explained exactly what happened and why this happened to my child. She answered my questions and concerns and told me many tips to help next time. Today we went again to do another blood test and my son was so relaxed knowing that Risa will do the blood draw and it only took her few seconds to find the hidden vein and less than a minute to finish the whole process. I am so thankful for you Risa, you are amazing, Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blood work and report delivery is very good. However, they don’t value customer’s time. This is a second time I had to go back. I even reached at 4.45 pm. Door was closed. No one takes a call ever. We had been trying to call to know if they will take us or not if I reach at 4.45 pm.If you stop taking people at 4.30 pm then write your closing time as 4:30 pm not 5:00 pm. Putting just a paper on door and closing before a closing time mentioned does not inform people automatically. I could see a lady sitting at front desk clearly ignoring calls infront of us. Atleast one call pick up could save a lot of time for people travelling from very far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am super happy for this alternative lab to LifeLabs. It is so easy to book appointments online and with an appointment, your visit is much more smooth. I recommend going in the morning during the week. It’s less crowded. Thanks to Marilyn for doing a good job for a smooth venipuncture.
They even make your results available online once you provide your email address.
My experience was great. Hope it is the same for everyone else too.
