L	Leah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came on time for my 1:10 appointment and there was a 4 people ahead of me in the line. When it was my turned and told the lady that I have an appointment at 1:10 she told me with attitude you dont have an appointment here! I checked my phone for picture so I can prove to her but she wasnt even looking and keep saying I dont have. She told me check the date! I told her today is Thursday Sept 03 right?she said yes. Then i said yes its today she check and like oh now i found it. I was like i was trying to show u. But u have been waiting waiting and waiting the guy who has an appointment at 1:30 seen them first and with a question mark in my head? Now then call.me to go number 1 cubicle and wait again. And from appointment of 1:10 to seen me at almost 2. I never had this before and hopefully this is my last one on this place. I'm pregnant and dizzy also hungry and the last thing I need is to wait this long. Appointment is appointment it should be respected. Thank you
G	G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment 2 weeks early. They changed their operating hours and did not even notify me. I pay for parking and head inside to find out they close at 3pm. So instead I go to the Eglinton and Bathurst location. I was in and out in 20 minutes.
v	verycd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At least one of ladies working at this location is rude. At first, I thought it was personal but then, with observation, I found she acted like a debt collector with almost every client. Maybe she is going through menopause or it is her bad days of the month? If so, I think she deserves a paid vacation or day off.

T	Troy Lippi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Went to do bloodwork over 6 weeks ago and my specialist still hasn’t received results! Said that he needed to contact them directly for results?? Never happened to me before with any other blood lab I’ve been to. They also mistakenly told me my health card was expired - they need to pay more attention to the right details! Would not recommend this lab to anyone who needs to do blood work.
C	C. Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, staff are very under trained and no knowledge about what their job is. Booked an appointment over the phone for some blood work. First of all, they never mentioned anything about the FASTING. Went there, checked in at reception desk, both lady definitely don’t know anything and very unprofessional. Never asked in if I am fasting before come in. Waited 1 hour from my appointment time, checked in the room, waited for another half an hour. Doctor came in, checked the list said you were fasting right?! Nope. Never did. 1 - nobody asked me or reminded me to. 2- should that be the first thing that the receptionist ladies suppose to check with me when She checked my form? Wondering who hired those people to work for these critical positions to waste customer’s time.
K	Kit Kat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most convenient location to me so I come here often, never had a problem and the staff is usually always polite with me, but todays visit changed that as it was different people at the front counter and this one girl pretty sure she was Hispanic gave so much attitude when I wasn’t even having my conversation to her but to the other receptionist. It was the first time I made an appointment here to avoid the long wait times, I’m always early to appointments, ALWAYS 15-10 min early but because there’s a giant line up out the door towards the elevator as these receptionists today took their to take the requisitions I ended up at the counter right at my appointment time. The girl that was handling my paper work had no say or problem over my appointment time as someone before me checked in for an even earlier appointment time when he finally got to the counter. This random lady in the back I mentioned gave so much sass about us having to be there 15 minutes early to be able to actually be seen on time, basically a threat that my appointment is now cancelled or something and I’d have to wait the 50 minutes as a walk in. I responded back there’s a giant line you have to wait in, we ARE on time you guys make us late. Of course she had nothing smart to say after, these people need to be trained to just do what they’re meant to do and not give lip. It might be to the wrong person one day.
