Friendly staff. No line when I went (a Thursday morning). 15 minutes in and out. NOTE: appointment is booked on the NYGH website, but the testing site is NOT at NYGH. Lots of people apparently go to NYGH only to have to head over to Branson.

My overall experience was pretty good. Security guard was helpful and polite, guiding people to where they needed to stand. I waited an hour before getting registered. After that, I was out in 15 min. Pros - staff were all very polite and kind, not rushed or aggravated. Cons - extreme lack in patient privacy in terms of health information. The 2 registration desks are not 6 feet apart and clearly the patient information can be easily heard between them. As well, I believe people who have been potentially exposed or symptomatic were being tested right in front. So everyone in line is standing right there, watching, and most importantly, listening.

I just want to thank all the staff working here. I went there for COVID testing yesterday. I was so stressed cause I had some symptoms. They are super friendly and welcoming. Nurses, doctors and front desk administrators all are nice and friendly. They listen to you and advise you in the best way. This centre is highly recommended. I did my test at 7 pm and got my results in 10 hours! They are super fast and organized.

Very quick! It takes me total 40 minutes to finish the process (the swabbing testing is only for 10 seconds).

Definitely do NOT take your kids there. Despite booking appointments lines are extremely long and you know how difficult this can be to keep children from moving. People coughing in line I felt super unsafe. What's worse is that it's obvious the doctors who do the swab are not experienced with kids. I went to other places and it wasn't as brutal as this. Definitely not a place to do your kids' test.

You are more likely to contract covid coming here for a testing. People are coughing in a line that is not moving in 1 hour inside the building. Adult folks and people with disabilities I would suggest not to come here. You have to stand up on the line. 1. 1 hour line for registration 2. 30 minutes line for your health assessment 3. 30 minutes line for swab test. Total 2+ hours. Appt at 11 but they let me in 10:36am and out at 1:07pm.

My husband and I went for COVID testing recently and service was fast and efficient. It was very easy to book appointments online (same day availability), and all the workers there were friendly and helpful. The interior of the facility was clean and well-organized, with clear directional signage. My appointment was at 2:30 pm on a weekday, while my husband’s was 5:00 pm on a weekday. Neither of us experienced much of a wait - we were both in and out within half an hour. We also both got our results back within 24 hours - it was easy to access the web portal with the instructions provided. Minus one star for paid parking (the *paid* part was not indicated on their website, so I was kind of surprised). Parking is $4 for every 30 minutes. It’s prepayment only, so if your appointment ends up taking longer than the amount of time you paid for, it’s difficult to go outside to top up the meter. Overall, it was a good experience given the circumstances. I would definitely recommend this facility if you require testing. Make sure to check eligibility first as they generally only test those with symptoms or have had close contact with confirmed cases.

Not bad but not great either. Making an appointment online was fairly easy but you will have to book at least a few days in advance, as slots fill up quickly. When you arrive, there will be signs directing you to parking, however, you will have to pay for this. Inside the assessment centre, there are two areas, one for symptoms and one for none. Both of these areas use this same door which I think really should be changed if we are trying to avoid contact with symptomatic individuals. I had to wait in a pretty big line up for around a half our or so. I don’t think this is a good way to prevent disease spread. There really should be a much smaller indoor limit. Once inside the testing area, everything was quick and easy. You are directed to a private room and the swab is taken in a matter of minutes. Results are delivered online. I got mine the very next day. This part of the process was quite good.
