My insurance needed information from me and the doctor so that they can cover this injection which is very expensive. After waiting months for the insurance process, I completed my papers with insurance, which has 8 pages, but in fact I only had to complete 4 and the other 4 would be the doctor, but as we know only a few lines, and nothing major. Today I received a call from his secretary, who first has an attitude, saying that to fill this paper, the Doctor charges $50. I refused to pay, because this injection is a medication that I need for my health, and without it I can have complications, and the doctor refuses to fill out a paper, if I do not pay! What kind of doctor is this. In addition to receiving my consultations, he wants to charge me more to fill a paper that is necessary for my health. I have already contacted CPSO and I am opening a complaint against this doctor. Besides, I use the pharmacy that he forced me to use, saying it was the pharmacy that he worked with. His secretary needs training, to know how to deal with patients and also people skills. She has attitude and is rude to patients.

J	J V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Torshizi is highly committed to his patients! He works around the clock going from his office to the hospital. In a day, he does multiple rounds. I am so grateful for his diligence in taking care of my mother and saving her life. He has very strong working relationships with top surgeons. He is extremely knowledgeable, and he always checks things over to make sure he is prescribing the right dosage etc. His extremely detailed notes are also very helpful. Yes, he is in high demand and appointments may take longer than expected, but this doctor is genius and should be respected as such.

Recently, I did a test that Dr. Torshizi requested and have waited over a month to hear my results either from reception or through an appointment. I have also had booked appointments with a large window of when the doctor could call, and he ends up calling on a completely different day and time! If you can find another endocrinologist with more reliable staff, please do it!
A	Al on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I feel I should update my below comment after I have been contacted with Dr and updated me on appointment glitch which they had for rescheduling the patients that their appointment were missed (due to miss call), so the matter has been resolved, I am increasing my rating for Dr. being responsible and accountable, and hopefully their reception team would enhance their system to avoid any miscommunication. ,Worse patient service, They are rude and wasting taxpyers money. He missed my appointment and is booking me for 15 days later, and Iam in imidiate need of seeing a Dr, Seriusly the ministry of health must do something about these so called Drs.
