★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Vo's Receptionist (Kay) has no personality & very miserable. She should not be working there dealing with people. The doctor should replace her. Otherwise, he will eventually close his clinic.

He is reasonable and a fair man.
Regarding the receptionist, Co Hue, is nice and friendly to me. I think they need to change their phone providers. Their phone, give me a hard time hearing at all times. And maybe that's why she speaks loud.
