I have never been more disrespected by a doctor in my life I highly recommend you don’t come here
B	Bryan Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable rude doctor, people pls stay away from this old guy. I was sick, after leaving his office, I felt way worse because of his behaviour. He even swore in Vietnamese that I can understand. Shame on him!

Edit to add: this Doctor speaks very poor English and is incredibly impatient. When I didn’t understand his questions and tried to give him the answers I thought he was asking for he kicked me out! He’s a total a-hole so please, please don’t waste your time waiting to see him. If you have to travel or wait in line longer at another walk in clinic by all means do that instead of seeing him. I would give him zero stars if I could. He also saw me in a horribly messy office admin office, not a dr’s office. No wonder as other have said, their files were lost, because there were two gigantic and messy mountains patient files sloppily dumped on two different tables. He does not give a you know what...
M	Marwa Alak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, rude and impatient I waited over an hour for a medical document and it was only around 1pm and he was already so fed up with the client. He was rushing the appointment which I found super unprofessional because we wait and give our time to come to his clinic. He def does not care about his clients, he just wants to finish the appointment. He made me feel stupid because I didn't print out the form for him to sign, NEVERTHELESS, many other walk ins, print out medical documents and sign it for you. He even questioned my student academic performance because I did not bring a pen with me to sign the forms. Seriously????? Lastly, I wanted to pay by cash because he does not accept credit and debit, and he made me feel stupid for asking that question. Dare ask him the same question twice, you will be humiliated. I told the receptionist I am never coming here again, he is awful. If i can rate less than 1, I will! I came twice and both I was super unhappy. He even misplaced my file!!! I don't know how he has an office. Its super messy and disgusting.

NGUYEN” is not following industry standards. Cannot communicate in person or the over the phone call, he is not professional is any way, super disrespectful, will curse at you if you have any questions or if you take too much of his time. I only came here to take my grandma for a checkup and he prescribes her a bunch of medication without any instructions or explanation. Will start talking about religion and nonsense. Expect your wait time be over an hour even when he is NOT seeing a patient. I will be helping my grandma change doctors because I’m afraid he has been not doing his JOB as a professional.

I was recommended to come to this place by a friend because they spoke vietnamese here as well as excepts new clients. Biggest mistake ever. I have never met anyone in a professional field so rude and disrespectful in my life. Before I came to the doctors I read up on the reviews and saw alot of 1 stars. I did not believe it. Theres no way in a professional field that they could be that bad. As I waited for the receptionist to call for my turn while on my phone. I look up to see the doctor looking at me. In a rude and disgusted manner he says " I've been standing here looking at you and waiting here for a long time now!" Shocked because I was never called by the receptionist who stayed quiet and it was probably only 5 minutes. He then told me to go to the last room. As some reviews said...extremely messy. When he came in he asked me what program am I in for school because I don't have manners as if I was not educated due to the fact that I did not pay attention. After all this non-sense talk. I was so angry I decided to leave. Before leaving I asked the receptionist why the doctor was so rude and she says "If you dont like, you just go, dont say that." This was the most horrific experiences from undeserving people. Stay away. Do not give them your business. There are other nice places outside.
f	fountain water on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just left this walk-in clinic. This the first time in my life I’ve had a horrible experience with a doctor. Dr. Truong V. Nguyen is an unbelievably rude doctor. His way of calling a patient to his office is by clapping at them. He does not call you by your name. He began asking me health questions and quickly told me to hurry up and answer because there are other people waiting. He then tells me that I wouldn’t even be in his office right now if it wasn’t for another patient who did not show up. I inquired about his office by asking him if there is a patient bed that I will be sitting on and he quickly got angry and sarcastically said “would you like to see my license as well?” Then told me to go see another doctor and tossed my health card on the desk. I was in shock by this doctor’s behavior. Very unprofessional and rude. Please stay away from this walk-in clinic.
M	Mich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In line with the multitude of 1 star reviews about this doctor - I too have received nothing but a negative experience. There was no reception at the front desk so the doctor is both attending to patients and trying to pull files. The doctor's office is incredibly messy with file folders stacked way too high, making it difficulty to concentrate and to keep the doctor at eyesight. He is rude, curt and mouths obscenities under his breath when you ask to him to repeat as you did not hear the first time. I expect that a health care professional conduct themselves in a proper manner and to treat their patients with respect, however it appears that he lacks the ability to communicate professionally with others.
