V	Vlad Vlad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a reservation, came to pick up the car. They told me that no cars are available. They were very dismissive and not care at all. I asked to talk to the manager, he told me that he is the manager and was smirking. He told me that this is MY problem, not his and just walked away. Whole place there is actually very run down basement room. Very disgusting place and workers.

I called Thrifty 800 Roadside assistance and they do not recognize these guys, so I was stuck with a defective car all weekend! No sympathy from the manager. A broken caliper made the car unsafe! They do not check their cars for safety issues before their next rental, and the car was not that clean. Customer service is non existent, Thrifty Roadside assistance do not recognize these guys. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! (Enterprise car rental in Newmarket is a way better experience!)

N	Nelson Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service I have received from a car rental representative. 1st when we book the Car the car is not ready and the (RUDE MF) tell us please go and come back in 30-45 min. We come back and we are ready to pay and I was trying yo explain to him my card was charged already. He started raising his voice and I told him please to calm down there is jo need to be yelling. We left when he told us “If you don’t like it go somewhere else”………. Not impressed at all. I suggest al people to go to ENTERPRISE RENT CAR ….. better service.

H	Hisham Baig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible customer service - claimed they did not have a vehicle, then when asked about the vehicle outside mentioned that it is for another customer even though it was the same class of vehicle. Had to shorten trip because of their incompetence. Recommend literally anything else in the area... or walking!

I urgently needed a car to attend a wedding ceremony, but no car was available anywhere, until I went to Thrifty and they have a car for me. I went in and the shop owner/front desk man, came out from his office right away to greet me. I told him I need a car small/mid size car for the weekend, he arranged everything very quickly and I got to drive out of the lot in 15 mins. When I returned my car, after his inspection, he even discounted me $10 for putting in more gas than I should. This is the second time I rented from them, a few years ago I rented from them when my car broke down, same great customer experience. I will definitely rent from them again.
