I’ve been coming here since 2017 and have had nothing but fantastic service every single time. Both the sales and service team are 10/10. I highly recommend this place for all your new or used car needs, as well as servicing you can trust!

Service at this dealership was horrible. Car was brought in because of a non-start issue. The dealer had it for a week and troubleshot many things, fair enough, the crank sensor ended up being the issue and they replaced it, the one they replaced it with was deflective so they got another and the thing started. During their diagnostic they said there might be an issue with the harness because they noticed a tear so they replaced it, it didn't end up being the harness so the old one was reinstalled. the tear in the old harness was fixed beautifully as seen in the attached picture. Now that the car runs it was picked up late one evening on my way home the car died on me and a check engine light went on. Come to find out the car now has a speed sensor code and an H02 heating circuit code. This was caused by the dealer, upon calling them the next morning they quoted me another 160$ odd dollars to "diagnose" their mistake. This is by far the worst dealer experience I've ever had and I strongly recommend you not to take your vehicle their for any issue not covered by warranty. the photos attached are of 1. the crank sensor they installed, and couldn't be bothered to put the heat protective wrap back on the sensor to prevent any damage to it due to the heat emitted from the exhaust, 2. the amazing "wire repair" job they did, where electrical tape was loosely thrown on to protect the wires, and 3. the cut in the o2 sensor that contributed to the heating circuit malfunction code the car was displaying. Needed a vehicle fast and wanted an Outlander. Within a week I had my 2022 Outlander (dealer demo). The staff were courteous and friendly and the communication and follow up excellent. They go out of their way to get you into the vehicle of your choice. Highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase.

Bought a 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross at Newmarket Mitsubishi and the experience was fantastic! Sales consultant Ron was personable and knowlegable about the product. On delivery day, Jackie and Chrystal were great and my car was beautiful. Thank you Newmarket Mitsubishi.

Great experience buying a used RVR here, no muss or fuss. Respected my need for personal space, masks and all the Covid protocols as well which was appreciated. RVR AWD don't last long (ASX in other countries if you're doing homework) especially if they're clean. Reliable and good bang for your buck. Al handled all my questions honestly and quickly, I had a lot. Provided the CARFAX when requested (the real Vin, yes, I check!) And I missed out on a couple good RVRs but eventually he pinged me with a new one, just in and great service records. The financial stuff was painless and pickup was great with winter tires (included on this one) installed. When the battery died, unfortunately, just a couple weeks into the purchase...Al and the team immediately came to the table to help make it right. That's a really nice touch. 4.5 stars. To get a five star I'd have needed some extra wiggle on price and maybe the battery issue aside. Really excellent tho, all round!

I've had mixed experiences with Mitsubishi, but I had a trip to Dubai and a message was sent to my home address here in Richmond Hill that there was a need for two recalls, and my father saw the message. My father took my RVR to the centre and when I came back, I immediately felt that it drives much more smoothly and has a much better overall feeling. I realize it was a recall but they spent 5 hours on it and didn't charge a buck.

The only dealer I trust. I never have to worry about my vehicle in their care. Purchased in 2014-2015 from Stefano and I’ve never regretted it a single day since - this is my best purchase. I love that this business is family-owned and operated. Stefano is perpetuating that care; I’ve never been a number - I am always treated like gold. Their Service department is no different - Terry is a gem; nothing is ever missed and no concern I may have is ever left unaddressed. Their mechanics are lovely and the Apprentices they have on board have taught me more in the scheduled service appointments than I learned from dating a mechanic for two years. I’m in the best care here. Thank you all for everything you have helped me with. I am forever grateful for the great level of appreciation and peace of mind you provide.
