★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 2nd time Ive brought my vehicle in for significant repair work. Todd and his team have always done the work with quality in mind. When I traded one of the cars into at the dealer, they couldn't find where the damage ($5K+) was done.
Perfect work. Clear explanation of the repairs and process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced and didn't want to explain his quote. Todd said the quote was from "his book" but 1/3 of the price was listed as "judgement items" and thus clearly not from a book. I asked why the quote included a clear coat twice and he just kept saying the quote was correct in an angry tone. He finally explained that the quote shouldnt have had the clear coat twice but he wasnt changing the price. We're going somewhere else.
Edit: got quote from a different shop and it was 1/3 less.
