He detailed me on every concern that he found with my car and took the time to explain the issues and how he intended to resolve them. He went the extra mile for me and got the job done professionally and within no time at all. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop told me they charge a $60 assessment fee, then take that off any work they do if it is more than half a hour. They said my repair would be about a hour. They then told me it would be an extra $75 because my car needed work around the gas tank (they knew they when they quoted me originally). They did not provide an itemized receipt for the work either. I ended up paying $315 for a hour of work on my car - but I was caught because it was December 27 and most shops were closed for the holidays. The pro is that they were open on a stat holiday. The cons are basically everything else.
I took my car to a second shop a week later and they quoted me $70 for the repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in at 430pm to get my brakes checked. Heard a grinding noise so knew there was an issue. After a quick check, I was told I needed new brakes and rotors. Price was good and work was performed same day. 3 hours later I had my truck back. Washed and ready to go!
