Despite the fact that one of the workers scratched two of my car rims because he layed them down on their faces on the concrete floor, he did his job very good and gave me a life time warranty on the repair I requested. They were very kinda as taking me as their last walk-in appointment. I highly recommend going to this midas or any midas over a dealership for repairs because of the low price and high loyalty program. Thanks again for giving me another good experience midas

Honest, accommodating and fair pricing. No pressure and no trumped up repairs. The staff are amazing; especially Daniel who has exceptional customer service skills! If you are looking for a mechanic or a simple oil change give this location a try and you too will become a regular customer.

I called Dominic and he was able to squeeze me in last minute so that we could get the tire fixed immediately and enjoy our family trip. Many thanks to Dominic and his team! Great service and great value! Dominic is likely the most personable service manager in the business!

Went in for an oil change, many mistakes made on the sticker alone - what else did they make mistakes on? If you can't even complete the a sticker correctly, how can people trust you've done the more complicated jobs properly? They can't. I wouldn't recommend; do yourself a flavor stay far away.

I went in for an oil change and an alignment and I was told it would be 1,400 plus tax then they said there's some scuffs on your rim we're going to buff out. I said DO NOT bother , I don't care about the scufts. I just need my alignment and oil change . I go in to pay and they give me a bill for 1,708. I asked why it was so much higher and they said he fixed the rim because it could cause wobbling. I said I told him not to fix the rim and how does scuffs cause wobbling? I've been driving with no problems no wobbling.. they made me pay that price anyway. They took advantage of me a young woman during covid because they're lots been empty for weeks. I will never give them my services or another dollar again.

I was told that my oil cap was broken and will need a new one before they can help me out with the oil change. I'm pleased that they didn't force me to buy from Midas immediately and luckily I could find the part in autoparts nearby. And the young technician was so helpful that he helped me with the change of this oil cap. Great service overall
