My Mercedes ML500 was overheating. The guys helped to change out the thermostat and did a coolant flush/change. They also helped to narrow down a grounding wire issue to the cooling system. Great job guys. Now I can drive long distance without the fear of the car overheating.

I had my brakes replaced here at much better value than anywhere else. The staff, Nikolas, was very helpful and kept in communication with me to get me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for fast and quality service.

I stopped by late afternoon without appointment and they still look after my car.great customer service and fair prices. I just want to let them know that I really appreciate it.

Only asked for change engine oil and check alightment. I dropped off my car and they fixed braking light without my agreement. Guy name Nick lied that they change the braking light without opening the truck because my truck sensor is broke. I talked to Nick on the phone and he said he will fix for free. I went to the same location next week and he was not there. Maybe the owner name Jan and one lady at the counter told me Nick speaks English as second language so Nick probably did not understand clearly what I was saying on the phone. I speak English as second language as well. When we called Meineke, auto message mentioned this call maybe record for training purpose so they should check again. Jan called me next day and saying Nick is having some health issue so he is not in. Jan promised that he will follow up on the matter. Since then it was May 10th 2022, never follow up on. If Jan or lady knew Nick speaks English as a second language and can't communicate with customer Nick should not be in that position. Owner and the lady made a huge mistake. It is Jan and the lady's fault. They do not want to take resposible with the incident. If Nick said we will take a look at the problem and fix it for free, Nick represents Meineke Newmarket location they better take whole responsibility but refused. They are careless and clueless. When I left their store, I left my words kindly, I want the best solution between me and Nick. Absolutely unacceptable what they have done. They can't call themselve as professional mechanics because they are handling cars and they tried to condone. They are handling lives matter. No one can handle our lives on Meineke Newmarket location.

All the staff are friendly & did such an Amazing job & attention to detail to my husband's car, It may not always be easy to pick somewhere to go but I can honestly say that we were so happy for going here!! Keep up the amazing work & thank you for all your hard work!!

I had a flat tire. They fixed it and it has been good ever since. Unvoluntary eavesdropping made me understand they change oil for cheap too. Will definitely go back - Audi A4 '17
