★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Toro zero turn My Ride from Ken. I told him I needed to get a larger trailer. He let me use his trailer to get my mower home ! That is great service . His staff were all very helpful when I picked it up. Showed me how to operate it and loaded it and their trailer on my truck . Great service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been Belittled like that before. The most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered. We have had nothing but problems with their saw that was purchased 7 months ago. It’s been in for repair twice since then, but I was told it’s my fault… be careful with this store. Once they have your money you mean nothing to them. They did nothing for me but belittle me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OVERPRICED & IDIOTIC! Took this place 1 week to replace an auger belt for our snow blower for $240.. The auger belt they installed came right off after 5 mins of use.. Turns out not only was it an AFTERMARKET PART, it was the WRONG SIZE.. They took advantage of my father who is a first time owner of this machine, they said they would "tune it up" and charged him hundreds just to make it worse. My parents were left with no blower for two snowfalls. After we complained they pretty much told us there's nothing they can do, horrible customer service.. MANY OTHER BETTER COMPANIES.. The place I just took it to got the job done within 2 hours and cost me only $80. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took delivery of my Honda single stage snowblower yesterday. They are amazing people! Mine was an online order. They kept the unit assembled, gas filled in. Showed me how to use it. Helped me to load the product in my car. Good people. I would absolutely recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a part for my lawnmower which I/my son had placed on backorder at Pickering Mower from the supplier. It had been about three weeks and having the difficulty of cutting the grass getting taller every day, I contacted Newmarket Mower hoping I would find this part there. Not only they had it, they volunteered to ship it to the Pickering location (at no cost) for my convenience. Got it within 2 days!
Their generosity goes a long way in providing thoughtful customer service.

Ken & staff are very knowledgeable and didn’t go further into a repair before calling me and letting me know. To me this speaks volumes … many other places will just charge you with out your consent! Looking forward to purchasing more equipment in near future. Thanks newmarket mower!
