Michelle took the time to contact Frost Chevrolet on my behalf and after several days of following up with them she was able to get my extended warranty properly registered to my Suburban. Thank you very much Michelle talk about going above and beyond for your customer. Great customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I was on my way home from New Market to Toronto, I noticed that my tire light came on. Since I knew I would be passing the GM in Aurora, I dropped in as I wasn’t sure if it was the cold weather that made the light come on, if there was something actually wrong or if I just needed air.
Was helped by a service advisor named Michelle. She was very friendly, polite and professional. She was able to get a tech to access it. Quick service, all in all had a good experience at highland and would recommend.

I had a terrible situation happen with another auto shop, Kevin really helped me understand the entire situation and guided me through the process of fixing what they had done. He really went above and beyond, highland is lucky to have him as part of their team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean friendly environment. Covid protocols in place. Brought my Yukon in for service and was helped by a lady named Michelle.
Her customer service skills were impeccable, she took the time to explain everything to me in detail and walked me through the different service plans they offered.
She then went on to ask me some questions to determine what service plan she would recommend versus what the chart says. I really appreciated that b/c I always thought when you bring your vehicles into the actual dealership, they would try to hose you and recommend you do the top service packages. Saved me some money there :)
I would recommend Highland and would definitely recommend Michelle as a service advisor based on her knowledge, honesty and compassion.

JACK is the most amazing person! He walked though every question I had, and offered information which was relevant and gave me amazing insight. I have to say a big part of my purchase was how I felt while working with Jack. It’s been a few months and I love my truck (and the service at highland) more and more each day. Don’t even have a second thought. You are in the best hands!
