★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been the best experience in working with a mechanic shop! I have always had trust issues with previous shops and constantly had to go back for repairs. I definately don't have that problem here :)
Tina is very friendly and wonderful to talk with, and other members of their team have been great as well. I will go here for all my maintenance and repairs.

Went for switching winter tires
Pros:
Lady behind the desk was very welcoming.
Booking appointment was easy.
Cons:
Removed tires were not wrapped in a plastic bag while was stored in my car trunk.
Installed tire's pressure is not accurately adjusted.

Since going to Midas, I was relieved. The whole team has been very transparent and honest about the everything and they offer great service. And thanks to Tina because she is always so nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely write reviews but the service was exceptional. The owners son was a phenomenal man and very proactive along with Tina. Pricing was good and fair, they reduced labor and unnecessary charges without me bringing it up. Detected issues in my vehicle that I was totally unaware of.
The environment was friendly, and would recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super impressed with this Midas location. Brought my car in for a tune up and oil change, knowing that I had other issues to deal with down the road.
Tina called me multiple times with diagnostics and quotes before going ahead with the work. she gave a great explanation of the things I need to do sooner and the things I could hold off until later down the road. No pushy sales tactics, very reasonable pricing too. My new Go-To!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never replaced a muffler so I had no clue how it worked. Tina and the crew were so informative, kind, and showed my the rusted muffler parts. I had total trust in them. Honestly, I will return to Tina's Midas again. I have a 2010 Sequoia I am trying to get to over 400,000 km and they will definitely help me on this quest. (current km 394350 km)
