★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to know about Elite Auto Wholesalers through a google search for rustproofing and so glad I did. I rustproofed one of our vehicles in the summer and was very happy with the job done and also the level of customer service provided by the owner, Arthur.
Yesterday I had our other vehicle also rustproofed and Arthur's customer service really stood out again. I have a very busy schedule and Arthur was able to work with me to arrange a suitable time to get the work done. When I dropped off the car he took time to listen to my needs for the work to be done and really cares. Later in the day I picked up my car and looked over the work and was really happy with the work.
This business takes time to get to know their customers and listens to their expectations. This is hard to come by these days.
I highly recommend Elite Auto Wholesalers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze off of Adriana back in May 2020. When I first bought the car there was a oil leak when I brought it home, took it back twice to get fixed. The second time I took it in they “fixed it” but it’s clearly not fixed , I have smoke pouring into my car because the leak is so bad. I have contacted them multiple of times regarding the situation, called left voice mails, texts, even messages Adriana on Facebook. I also noticed the mechanic Simon zip tided my coil pack back on, and never put my heat shield back on either. Very disappointed with the service as they knew I have a young child. I spend almost $7000 on this vehicle. All of my savings for it to be unsafe for my child to be in. Either the mechanic doesn’t know what he is doing or doesn’t care about his customers. This oil leak has been on going for almost a year now, I might take it to a legal matter if it doesn’t get resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience!! Ive dealt with several dealerships over the past 20 years while buying a vehicle and Elite was by far the best experience that I’ve had. Usually once you buy a vehicle the dealership forgets about you and any subsequent questions or issues that you have are ignored. This was definitely not the case with Elite. Starting up a new business and having lots of questions, Arthur took the time to answer them. Gave advice. Provided solutions. And this was all 2 months after the purchase of my vehicle, and most questions were not related to the vehicle at all. Any issues that did arise were dealt with immediately. I highly recommend Elite, as it was highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint.

We drove in from Waterloo, this past Wednesday, to take possession of our second cubevan. We couldn't have been happier with our purchase.
We found Elite Auto online, when we were searching for a second delivery vehicle. Arthur (proud owner, knowledgeable and friendly salesman) gave us all the info to make our decision as easy as possible. Dealing with Arthur has been so easy and pleasant, as he is one of those rare non-pushy salesmen, who guided us through the whole procedure instead of simply forcing something on us.
The vehicle was in great shape, it was meticulously cleaned inside and out, and it drives like brand new.
