I'm very happy with the service I received they looked at my car immediately as I had to suddenly get off the road due to a tire being on its way to being very flat in no time due to a nail in the tire which I didn't know about. They fixed the tire promptly and without hesitation. I'm very impressed by their professional ionalism and friendly service.

I switched over to Puccini's Auto about 3 years ago because I'd had bad experiences with two previous auto shops. Puccini's was close to work and had good reviews so I decided to try it out. I GENUINELY think this is a fantastic and trustworthy auto shop. My partner and I have had 3 different vehicles serviced here multiple times throughout the years and each time I have had great service. Michelle at the front desk is always super friendly, polite and clear with communication. I've been really impressed with how Rob will always call and go over his diagnostics with me prior to starting work on the vehicle. He tells me exactly what he has observed, what he thinks is necessary vs can-wait, he breaks down the pricing and asks for consent to do the work. I've never felt like they were pushy, condescending or up-selling like previous shops were; they just provide the straight facts and safety considerations. When I brought my partner's old car in for a winter tire change, Rob observed some big safety issues with the car itself and called me immediately to let me know that he thinks the car shouldn't be on the road for much longer. Per my request, he didn't change the winter tires and didn't try to charge us for anything outside of time. He could have easily done the tire change, charged us for it and then let us know that the car had safety issues. Just one example out of many that made me feel confident that they are honest folks doing good work. I think the other positive reviews on here are accurate and reflect a consistency in the quality of work they do. Just trying to spread the word because it took me quite a while, jumping from shop to shop, before I finally found one that was trustworthy. I've stuck with them for 3 years and will continue to do so for many more.

So sorry to hear about the founder's passing recently. He'd be proud of how it's run now though. Always great service, honest, and fair prices.

I was looking for a new mechanic and Puccini's came highly recommended. I had them work on three of my cars and I am extremely happy with the repairs and advice they gave about the vehicles. Excellent service from an honest mechanic. Unfortunately, I had to take my car elsewhere the past couple of times because it was impossible to get an appointment. He was booking 1 month out!

My car was overdue for some repairs - worn/pulsating breaks, bad rear shocks, and an engine light that just wouldn't go away. Based on Google reviews it looked like Puccini's Auto was a safe bet. I was not disappointed. Rob was completely transparent about pricing and options. Work commenced promptly, and I received the most charming call from Michelle to confirm the car was ready and later greeted me for pickup. One of the best service experiences in memory!

Rob and his staff are beyond kind.Everyone does a fantastic job and they are always thorough and clear on what they are doing and cost! Michelle is a pleasure to speak to every time I phone in to book an appointment! I cannot speak highly enough of Puccini’s!!

I have known the top notch mechanics at Puccini's for 30 years. Tony Puccini started the business way before I knew him and a friend recommended Tony around 1990. From that moment I was impressed with the quality of work and honest assessments of my cars and vans. Rob bought the business a number of years ago when Tony retired, and maintained Puccini's stellar reputation. Their staff are incredible. Top notch work from experienced and deeply skilled mechanics. Rob runs a tight ship and when an opening for a new mechanic is offered at his shop he looks for the best and they have to perform. With customers, Rob is an excellent listener, gleaning clues from the often fuzzy recollections of his clients. His customer point-person, Michelle, is excellent at the service desk, approachable, funny and friendly yet efficient. As you might glean from this review I am a big fan. Honest as the day is long, Rob and his colleagues are a terrific choice to look after your car, SUV, van or truck.
