Coaches and owners are very committed to members and effective fitness programming. There is a variety of fitness classes offered, crossfit, Quickfit, rowing, youth and strength classes offered. The schedule has over 100 classes per week.

I don't have a car and I live further south and I take 45 minute bus rides for these workouts. The staff is great but I have to say Bob is my favourite. I have mostly worked with him but each time I had a class with him it was incredible. He loves what he does and he motivates each person. The workouts are challenging and fast and help you increase your strength and motivation through fitness. I can write a longer comment to explain how great this place is but I'm afraid if I continue I won't be able to stop. Crossfit Ark is wonderful and I would recommend it to everyone. You will come into a place where you are always greeted with genuine people and leave with an awesome workout! So go go go!!

The pricing and scheduling are great, they've got classes nearly every hour every weekday, and morning classes on weekends, so whatever your schedule, there's no excuse to skip a workout. Not that I've ever needed one :)

The facility is remarkable and the trainers are world class. If you are looking for place where you train like a pro and feel appreciated for doing so look no further. I gained not only a great strength and physic but I also got educated on many things.

At Validus, the coaches (Andrew, Anne-Marie and Marcus) are knowledgeable, supportive, hilarious, friendly and are professional. They truly care about every person who steps through the door and make them feel like home. You can expect to get excellent feedback, professional coaching, personal growth, a few (okay a lot of) laughs and overall a place where you can feel like you are getting better each and everyday. The members are some of the most amazing people you will have the pleasure of meeting. Everybody supports one another and makes you feel like a part of a beautiful community. Whether you are new in your fitness journey, or have been making health and fitness your lifestyle for some time, this is a place where you will get better and achieve any goals you have set out for yourself. The facility is big and is kept immaculately clean. The best part of all is that Validus offers online classes, which has been an amazing way to stay fit while keeping up with others socially during the pandemic. I highly recommend you try this place out for yourself, you will not be disappointed :)
