My recipe called for a sausage mix of Veal and lean Pork, theirs is only lean pork, but as the very helpful Erika told me, it can be used as the mixed one and she was right. Great product and so happy, I could produce my mother's specialty. I can also highly recommend the Weisswurst, very delicate.
