★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately yet another bad experience with the service dept. After not using them for repairs for the last 2 years due to poor service (repairs not completed properly and having to make additional trips to have the repairs done right) on my SSR I decided to give them another chance. I called in advance to ensure they could get the parts in before booking appointment for a major coolant leak. I was ensured the parts were on order and dropped the vehicle off on the appointment day only to find out after waiting all day for a call that the parts were never ordered and I should find alternate transportation.
It was also asked if they had a wash service available as due to the nature of the vehicles body shape and severity of the coolant leak the exterior (fenders and doors) were saturated in coolant. I was ensured it would be cleaned up once the repair was complete.
It wasn't a surprise to me when I arrived to pickup my vehicle to find it sitting in the sun with sticky coolant baking into the paint still all over the fenders. Not a couple drops of coolant a significant coating across the front end.
Expected more for $1100 in service. Lesson learned.

From the minute I walked through the door to test drive till I drove away in my new vehicle, Ted was amazing. He went above and beyond for me and has checked in many times since to make sure I’m happy. He always asks about my family. The personal touch is worth my drive to New Market. Dealing with the financing was easy and been back once for service and was made to feel like I’ve been dealing there for years. Great place in every department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my Cadillac in for a oil change and an alignment, when I got the car back it had dirt and grease stains on the interior on both drivers and passenger side seat and door panels, some Items I had on the passenger seat (waterbottle, mask, and some paperwork) were all on the floor and have clearly been stepped on. When I got in the car I noticed the engine was fully warmed up, so I checked the odometer and someone drove the car almost 20 kilometres while it was there, that’s a pretty long test drive to make sure it’s all good. maybe they took it out for lunch? who knows. Anyways iv been coming here for years and I’m honestly done with this dealership, don’t recommend it.

So, its nice to know that there are people and businesses out there that are intent on making it the best experience possible. My recent experience with New Roads GM and their sales person Elyse was nothing short of exceptional. Not only did I purchase the perfect vehicle for me, it was maybe the most frictionless process I could imagine. From my first test drive to dealing with Josie on the finance team, it was the best possible customer service experience. I got all my questions answered promptly and am now the proud owner of a new Buick. I also love how involved New Roads is in our community. It was a big part of why I decided to buy from them. They support so many local charities and initiatives that I knew it was important to buy from a business like theirs. Can't thank Elyse enough for all her help, and I recommend dealing with her and the New Roads team without reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience buying my new to me Tesla at Newroads GM! They gave me a very fair price on my trade in and the whole process was quick and smooth. Ted was the salesperson that helped me out and was a pleasure to work with! He was very polite, friendly and not pushy at all! He also knew his stuff about the car which impressed me since it’s not a vehicle they might deal with regularly. I will definitely be in touch with him again when it’s time to buy another car!
