★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 70 dollars for them to take my car for a drive to listen to the humming coming from the rear of the car. They dined it up to winter tires despite me saying the sound began last fall on all season. Have since learned it's my bearings and differential. Despite the friendly service, I'm quite disappointed in the lack of knowledge / lack of listening skills and being charged for nothing.

I had a slow flat and called my usual tire company - have used them for every tire change and purchase since moving to Newmarket 15 years ago….they said there was no way to fit me in. I explained my predicament of upcoming travel and didn’t feel safe - nothing. I called Green and Ross on Eagle and they took me in right away. Originally they came back that they could not fix the tire due to a policy on the tire type - after asking if they could look into that further they did. They were able to seek an exception to the policy and fix my tire. The morale of this story is that customers and won and lost based on great acts of customer service. My two cars and all of my business will be moving. Nicely done to the amazing service provided

He found the tires I needed at a Toronto supplier, they couldn't deliver the same afternoon, so he/staff picked them up and then installed them. The job was completed the same Saturday afternoon, let alone the same day. Great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, this place is awesome! Mr. Cruz and family not only provided timely service for myself and my neighbour, but did so while saving us time and money. Integrity is the word that comes to mind when I think about AGRT and the work that was completed there. Not only did they provide excellent service using quality products, but we were treated like we mattered and that our being a return customer was more important than making lots of money. Thank you for taking customer experience to a new level.

The staff at this location was totally professional,, knowledgeable and caring. The technician and Veronica took the time to explain in detail whatever needed to be done and for the first time ever I felt that I was in good hands - reliable and honest. Dan is right - Integrity certainly is the operative word at this location! This centre will be the “go to place” for all our cars.
