I dreamed of putting in a butler's pantry for years, we had an unused space off our kitchen that was the worst room in the house, now it's the best room. Working with our designer Desirae made my dream come true. She knew her product, was very patient even though I changed things at least 5 times and most of all, responded to my emails and phone calls immediately, she was a pleasure to work with. Rockwood has a quality cabinet at affordable prices, we were quoted more money for mdf cabinets whereas these are wood. We decided to save money by assembling and installing ourselves. I know there are glitches to every renovation and this was no exception, however Rockwood and Desirae went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, besides a quality product that is what makes a 5 star company and designer. We love our finished product. With the money we saved we were able to upgrade our kitchen counters (existing kitchen).

Rockwood Kitchens gave us the show room kitchen we had imagined. It took 2 years of planning on our part and a home design I created before we went shopping for our new Kitchen. My wife and I were on the verge of selecting a kitchen supplier when we came across Rockwood Kitchens in Newmarket. Desirae took my hand drawing and while we went shopping in nearby stores for about an hour came back to a beautiful rendition that included all my ideas and more. The cost was close to half the price I was willing to pay elsewhere, and Rockwood met all their installation promises. Within less than 8 weeks from my first meeting with Desirae to completion my wife and I were enjoying our new Kitchen. We moved 3 times in 6 years, we used Rockwood Kitchen all 3 times to upgrade our kitchens, quartz counters, and vanities. I tried shopping around but end up with Rockwood for the following reasons: 1) Hardwood cabinets and soft closure doors are standard 2) Mitter cuts quartz counters are standard. 3) Fast and skillful installations 4) Responsive and reliable. Fast to rectify issues. 5) They installed an 8 ft island quartz counter top for our white kitchen, we get compliments all the time. A big thank you to Tommy and his team for working the on the weekend to help completed our kitchen at no extra cost to us.

We ordered our beautiful all white kitchen from Erin Scott of RockWood Kitchens and we could not be happier. Its gorgeous, it sparkles and is everything we wanted. Erin simply put, is amazing at her job. She designed the perfect layout and helped us pick out the finishes. We are so happy with this kitchen, it functions perfectly and we can all be in the kitchen working and still not be in each others way. We can’t thank Erin enough for all her help. Replacing my counters with quartz was something I had wanted to do for a long time but the project seemed overwhelming to me. I had a friend who had heard good things about Rockwood so I dropped in to see them. From that point on everything just fell into place beautifully. My counters were installed within a couple of weeks by a very professional team of men. They did a wonderful job! I was able to save my existing backsplash which was really important to me and the counters exceeded my expectations. I found the pricing to be very reasonable and I tell anyone that will listen what a great company they are to deal with!!

This is the second time I've used Rockwood Kitchens, and a second designer, this time Erin Scott. We wanted a kitchen for our new build cottage. We tried a local kitchen company but the prices were at least double and the cabinets would have been painted mdf not wood. That said, Erin was great, knew the product, knew the installation process (we installed ourselves to save money) and patient, always answered my emails or phone calls. We also used them for our countertops, turned out perfect, seamless and flawless process, thank you! After building our own cottage it is rare to find a company who delivers when they say they will and have a quality product, Rockwood Kitchens is it!

I shopped around and Rockwood provided the best price versus 4 other competitors so we chose them based on price. Our kitchen is now installed and we couldn't be happier. Kelsie designed our kitchen a couple of years ago and coordinated the installation project till finished. It was a total 5 star experience beginning to end. First off, Kelsie was a pleasure to work with. She attended to every design details, and was patient to listen to our feedback and made (many) adjustments until we were 100% satisfied. She even helped peacefully resolved idea differences between me and my wife - may be she can consider a side job as a marriage counselor too! The installation crew was top notch too. From the gentlement they sent to do detail final mesurement, to the installation contractor that Kelsie picked for us, and the Rockwood crew who did the countertop and final touchup. Everybody were courteous, professional, skillful, and most interestingly they all seem to say good things about Rockwood and their bosses and colleagues. That is refreshing - most often than lot you only hear workers complaining about their employer. But from contractors to employees, everyone seemed happy at Rockwood. The cabinet and countertop offers good quality and great value. We got almost every design feature that we wanted, at about 70% of the price of competitve quotes. On top of that, we got plywood constructions and solid wood panels. At first, we were a bit concerned about durability of the solid wood finish (the wood seems a bit softer/ligther than engineered wood), and we were warned that shaker style type panel will eventually develop gaps in the joint in solid wood. But two years later, I am happy to report that everything held up very well. There were minimal, if any, gaps between the wood joints. The white finish turned out to be durable, easy to clean. We haven't noticed any yellowing during to UV exposure (we have LOTS of direct sunlight in the kitchen). The other benefit of the white color, is that it's extremely easy to touch up and repair. The Rockwood crew even spent some time showing me how to use filler and touch up paint to repair minor dents and scratches. The procedure they taught me proofed useful and I was able to do repairs myself with great success. *An additional note is the Rockwood is adapt working in CONDO's. Other contractors I used have problem providing insurance and worker-comp certificates required by my condo HOA. But Rockwood produced all tha paperwork instantly. The crew are also very careful moving large boxes and equipment through elevators and tight hallways. All in all a great experience, and we are in the process of starting another project with Rockwood.
