★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a licensed exterminator that uses pesticides and biological controls daily. I know products well. I take pride in what I do and always have human and environmental health in mind.
I went in to purchase a BIOLOGICAL control (bacteria for Spongy Moth control). Ended up having a lady getting very angry at me. Went for 0 to 100 so fast. She first was vocally upset she couldn't take her break because we asked her about stock. Then went onto say alot of misinformation in an outrageously rude way (and loud).
An employee yelling complete misinformation infront of a crowd of people just doesn't make sense for a company. An employee essentially doing the opposite of selling the product.
Was a very uncomfortable confrontation that was so unnecessary. We ended up shopping else where after mentioning it to customer service ( didn't seem to care).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time my coworker and I go to this location, we have nothing but issues. We frequently need products found in this store and whenever we need to ask for help we get nothing but condescending answers. I usually let it slide but the lady that we dealt with a few minutes ago was down right irate. We were buying a product that we need for our small business that we have spent month researching. We thought the website said there were more in stock but we were incorrect. However this simple error turned into a huge deal when we asked her to see if we could have more than what was on the shelf. Rather than explaining there were only a few left in stock she began to raise her voice which even made other customers turn their heads. She began to go on a rant on how the product we were trying to purchase was stupid and she “hates how home owners over use this stuff ” and that the use of chemicals is dumb. That’s her opinion and thats fine, but the product in question was a biological control and can be rated for organic use. Once again, we have spent months researching this specific product. My coworker was trying to deescalate the problem by saying its not a chemical but this lady continued to yell and get overly upset about it and tell us we were wrong. We eventually just had to walk away because this lady was not going to help us and was continuing to talk us out of this product. She was grumbling that “now she won’t get a break” since we asked her a question. Hope she gets a break because the people at this location are obviously overworked based on today’s interaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newmarket location was clean and seemed like every employee was working hard and keeping busy making sure the store ran well. We had a gentleman help us with buying tools (sorry we didn't get your name). The lady who checked us out, Kelly Anne, was very pleasant and is the reason I am writing this review. Super sweet and friendly! Will make the trip to this location more often.
