S	Shiraz Creative Caricatures Illustration Entertainment on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have waited a month for a 10 day print job. No one ever answers the phone.. ever...Staples support has been unable to support. Worth the drive to go elsewhere.
a	af Vk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't waste your time in Newmarket staples print center. Young lady working there is not helpful and slow. For a simple pdf print she asked me to wait 3 business days. I was there 2 days in row Apr 10th and 11th and left the store without print.

When I asked the cashier if anyone was working in that department, they told me they were and I would need to wait 15 minutes before getting any service. Unacceptable. The manager needs to figure out a better schedule for breaks so that the store doesn'tcome to a stand still. Very disappointing
O	Ola Makdache on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience at the print section . The lady there was not willing to help. I wanted to print some birthday cards and the file on my email was a jpeg. She wanted it as pdf and was not willing to help . If she would have spare 5 minutes with me we could have figured out a way to explore staples new website . She was not able to find the print section so how about customers ! I will not go to this branch anymore
J	Jd Mieske on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has to be the worst staples I have been to. All the staff was more worried about gossiping then helping customers. I was sent the 4 different cashes by people and hate to wait for no reason. Then when I tried to use the print area I asked for help. At 38 cents a minute they took there time slowly coming over not really helping and let me waste 7 dollars just trying to figure out how to make there printer work. They don’t not offer any help or reimbursement for time lost. Not please will never return to this location.
B	Bowen Zhao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ placed an order for pickup, no confirmation or cancellation email 4 days later. Called them and the rude lady on the phone said my order number doesn't exist. lol. ??? Made it seem like it was somehow my problem. She then gave me the customer service number for American Staples... how incompetent do you have to be. Wasted an hour on the phone to find out they cancelled my order and didn't bother sending an email.
N	Nicky Cook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude Incompetent staff. Slow service. Two hours to make copies. Lost $40 that I can’t get back. And the price for the copies was OUTRAGEOUS. So sad. No one seems to have work ethic anymore well at least here. Worst place I have ever been. People are literally being served before me. Like not one or two but like tens of people.
