Excellent customer service! Staff was very friendly and all were smiling/happy (which stood out to me). The staff was also patient and not pushy at all and were very knowledgeable. They worked hard to provide us with whatever discounts they could to ensure we were able to purchase the mattress we wanted. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews and when buying a mattress it’s important to do some homework about how a mattress is constructed to know what you are looking for. Selecting a mattress is personal preference so if you end up with an uncomfortable mattress it’s not because of the sales staff - it’s about knowing what you need ex: stomach sleepers need firmer mattresses etc. I was truly impressed with this location and will be going back for all my bedding needs ?

I visited this location on Sunday November 1st around 2:30 pm (at first by myself) looking for a couple of pillows. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted immediately by a salesman. I pulled out my phone to show him what I was looking for and he directed me to it and suggested I try it out. I took his suggestion and we walked over to a similar mattress I have at home and (due to Covid) he provided me a pillow and mattress cover. As I was trying out the pillow, he brought over others as options for comparison. Our conversation started off great and he seemed quite knowledgeable. Approximately 5-7 mins in, he said he would like to greet some other customers nearby, I said "absolutely." My husband came in shortly and I suggested he test out the pillows since they were a non-refundable item. The salesman, never even came back to acknowledge his presence. This is when the whole experience started to go down hill. I can hear the new customers he went to greet say "I've spent $4000 on my last mattress and it has only been 4 years, I don't feel like a need a new one, but I do." He replied "sounds like you bought a luxury mattress" I watched him guide them around the store as he practically abandoned me. He cherry picked his customers all because I wasn't going to buy a $4000 mattress and instead only a couple of pillows for $400. (Thinking: Just an FYI salesman, I sleep in a $4000 mattress at home as well). So my husband and I decided not to spend our money here, we proceeded to tidy up our pillow and mattress covers and walked out. As we were walking out the salesman had the audacity to ask me if we had "decided on anything". I work in a place where we offer accessories as little as $10 to products as much as $500,000 and not once have I ever treated any of our guests based on how much they are spending.

Bought several pillows, the Heavenly brand, the cooling gel, and the Lavender infused, absolutely love them! Customer service was amazing and I really appreciated all their help. Will come back again.

I am a Local Realtor in the York Region and over the past 3 years I have purchased couple of times my mattresses from this specific location. I have dealt with both Sasha & Anna and every-time I have visited this specific store, I have found the staff to be Knowledgable, super friendly and awesome. I highly recommend everyone to visit this location for their mattress needs. They are not comparable to other Sleep Country Locations when it comes to customer service and client care... Thank you Sasha & Anna for all your help.

Great buying from Sleep Country. We purchased bed, bedding, bed frames and pillows, all great quality. The reason they did not receive a 5 star is not really their fault. They outsource their delivery process to 3rd party and that was a disaster. They committed to a date and time and didn't bother to show up or even call. It took us to chase our order down through customer service and the store in which we purchased from. In the end, we are very satisfied with our decision to deal with Sleep Country.

Mo was grate . To help me find the mattress for my daughter he take his time and show me and explain 3 different mattresses . Excellent service i will go to this location in future again

I took a chance and bought a mattress online. It turned out to be a little too firm so I went into the store to inquire about their '100 night comfort' exchange program. The sales associate Stephen was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Stephen for your amazing customer service and making the exchange process so easy!

Stephen at the Greenlane location was amazing! He was so professional, respectful and β€œnot a salesman” but rather someone who truly knows his business and the products. He guided us to what we thought was a great choice but after 60 days we just felt it was a little too firm. We visited Stephen again and he spent even more time with us to ensure our replacement pick was perfect... and it was! While we felt bad having to exercise the exchange policy, Stephen was so accommodating and the replacement mattress is amazing! Thanks again Stephen for your incredible professionalism and kindness through this process!
