We spend over $2,900 at urban barn for sectional Sofa and were told the sofa came with warranty for fabric for 5 years. After 2 years one of the seat cousin developed a rip at the zip side. We were asked to send photos of the close up and general area where the rip is to Warranty Company (DK furniture and Bedcare (diamondkote)). After a few days we got an email saying that this isn’t covered because they cover upholstery against normal home use. I don’t know how our use wasn’t normal but ok. Needless to say these guys and their warranty are useless and I will never shop at Urban Barn as a result. I trust Urban barn to buy sofa as I don't have any idea about Warranty Company and they said is nothing to do about this issue!!!

Elena exemplifies what great customer service is all about, a “unicorn” in the world of retail! During my most recent shopping experience, all virtual due to COVID, still… Spencer was nothing short of amazing! Whether it was finding items at neighbouring locations (thanks!), ensuring I would get the best deal, or arranging the most efficient delivery experience for my bulkier items and furnishings, he went all out to ensure my purchase and virtual shopping experience was as good (or better) as being in the store itself! Thanks so much Spencer! Additional shout out to Angelo, for rearranging my curb side pick up time due to other unexpected surprises also. With Covid protocols in place, the pick up was safe, organized, and super quick! The entire experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Thank you Elena and the Urban Barn Newmarket team!

One of the side rails has a part between slats that is significantly shorter than the others and several others have splits in them that may potentially cause damage to the mattress. I paid for “white glove service” - how is it possible the service providers missed all of this? This is my first Urban Barn purchase. I’m extremely disappointed.

All the sales staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their products, so the experience was relaxed and a very good one. I love their style and the way the store is easy to move through, and everything is displayed so well. One of my go to decor stores in 2022, for sure!

When the sofa was delivered, it was not unpacked and set up as we had expected. When we unpacked it, we realized we had received the wrong colour. Urban Barn were extremely accommodating and arranged for an exchange with no hassles. When the second sofa was delivered (today), the delivery crew were very professional and efficient. They carefully unpacked and arranged the new sofa and took great care to repackage the sofa being returned. Very impressive. All in all, Urban Barn deserves a 5 star review for how they handled our issue. The sofa itself is very comfortable and well constructed. We send our thanks to the staff at the Newmarket Urban Barn and to the second delivery crew.
