T	Tom Rataj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a pair of Quoizel LED ceiling lights on their website, sight unseen due to the pandemic lock-down, and when the pair arrived one had a big scratch on the side, and the second one had several quality control issues. A replacement pair was ordered promptly, and they took the initiative to inspect them prior to shipping, and found one of them to be substandard. The first replacement unit arrived a few days later, and the second replacement unit arrived a few weeks later - also inspected prior to shipping to us. We were impressed by the customer service, but not so much with the brand, although we love the lights.

Me and my girlfriend went to this store today and try to buy two chandeliers for our new home, we spot one chandelier and ask them if they have any in stock, they said they will check for us but end up they left us hanging and serve other client instead. then we asked them again they said they can take off the floor sample since there is no stock left with NO DISCOUNT or Whatsoever. I have shopped so many lights and furnitures recently and i must say this is the most terrible customer service i ever experienced i would never come back to this store and if you do looking for better choice or don't mind to pay little bit of more for much better service there are tons of alternative out there.

They had nothing in stock, tried to online order from the store but the won’t deliver to our home (we live far), and when I tried to order online from their website it does not allow you to fill in most of your information. How is someone supposed to by anything from this store? It’s unfortunate because they have nice pieces, but not worth the headache.

My husband and I felt like we were putting the staff out with our questions. We ended up leaving the store and purchasing the exact same fixture for substantially less than quoted in Barrie.
