Every interaction I've had with them has been nothing but positive with friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond to serve you and make sure you're satisfied. I even went in one day needing a spare part and they gave it to me for free! This place is just awesome and I can't say enough good things about it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

When I had problems doing my own installation and damaged the fixture, they did more than I expected to help me resolve the problem. Way more! It's one thing to say you exceed expectations but when a company actually does, that is a rare experience. I highly recommend Richardson Lighting. They are proof that local businesses deserve our support. Full marks!

There are a huge selection in store and a lot more to select and order. Lucy at Richardson helped us to order our fixtures. She is very knowledgable and has a very good vision about how your selections throughout the house match. She was very organized and very prompt. The lights in our house have been eye-catching to our visitors so far. I highly recommend Richardson for your lighting needs.
