★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great new little distillery run by some fine folks! Try the whisky or rum - seriously! And that lemon vodka is going to be a little too easy to drink, come barbecue season! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This past weekend I went on a "Tour and Tasting" at Outlaw Trail Spirits with my wife and friends (we were a party of 6). It was entertaining and educational and the drink samples throughout the tour did not disappoint! Our group was chalk full of questions about the distillation process (probably more so than most groups would be), and all our questions were answered. There's also a neat history component about the Distillery's name as to what and where the Outlaw Trail was. This is a good way to spend an hour and a half prior to dining out or moving on to other evening activities, or even to go and experience on its own.
