★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to use the the company yesterday...called, and advised I had my dog with me and was told 10 minutes. Someone called and said the dog would not fit in his Corolla....which is not correct, and was advised he would send someone else, I asked this person if I should call another company and of course he said no I will send someone else...no one showed up. I waited 20 minutes and no cab...called again and they said they were trying to call me...which they NEVER DID CALL and then she argued with me. I called Capital Cab and within 5 minutes they arrived. No more Co-op Taxi for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I got out of a taxi I forgot my wallet in the back seat. I tried waving the cab down but had to phone back, the operator said my wallet was not found so I knew something seemed fishy. They then told me to take better care of myself and to phone the police. I wouldn't recommend leaving anything behind. Coop cabs likes to steal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was treated very badly by the dispatcher and called a "liar" after waiting for almost 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Was told no one had waited that long. Well it was actually nine minutes, so yes I exaggerated a bit. Never did get a cab, he was way to focused on my one minute fib. Got no satisfaction when I called back after hanging up on him. Ended up getting a ride, so frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I literally called a taxi from this service, they said it would come in 10 mins. I waited for 30 mins and then I called them back and informed that I had ordered a taxi 30 mins ago, I asked them how long it would take and the guy on the phone got mad at me for asking questions and he hung up on me. Very weird,so unprofessional. Why are you baffled by the fact that I asked you how much longer a taxi that I ordered 30 mins ago would take. Absolute garbage in my opinion and would not recommend at all. 0/10. No problem with the drivers but the dispatchers are always so rude and some of them even yawn while on call with the customers. I'm so shocked by the level of unprofessionalism, wow. These dispatchers need to given lessons on how to be professional and keep their personal life out of work. There's no excuse for being rude to a customer seeking service from a company you are working for. Do better co op.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there is one dispatcher that is about the most miserable person I speak to every week, he is very snarky and rude whenever I call. once he got very rude with me because I would not give him my apartment suite #, only the street address is necessary to call a cab. the drivers are always friendly & I enjoy coop for this reason. I call a cab to and from work, but from this day I will no longer be using coop because of the dispatcher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They simply didn't show up at all. It was a family emergency. Ended up flagging down a random stranger in the street. I am calling the mayors office Tuesday to have their taxi license revoked CALL AN UBER OR REGINA RIDE SHARE ON FACE BOOK. I am a senior citizen I can't believe they never showed or called

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to get a Van so I could take two lamps home from The Brick. The dispatcher said that they don’t move furniture, but it’s literally two boxes that I’m gonna be carrying MYSELF, I don’t care or want the drivers help I just need a ride to take my stuff home. I’ve done this plenty of times before and have never had a problem until today (Dec. 26th 2021 2:19 I called and spoke to a gentleman). Ended up using Capital Cabs instead, they’re way better than CO-OP nowadays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called at 3:09 and they stated it would be 10-15 minutes for pick up. Its much later now and after I called and confirmed my ride they stated the driver was not sent and that it had not been booked. This is the second time that this has happened when attempting to use Co-op taxi. If it is that busy then they should state that in the call instead of stating much earlier times. There was no pick up and no show. This is not a good business model and I recommend other options.
