I booked on-line for 6.00 AM pick up in Richmond Hill to Terminal 3 at Pearson. And received both an automated confirmation, as well as an email the following day including a reservation number. By 6.10 , on the morning of our trip,I called the company, and was told "no worries, driver is on time" no, so far driver is 10 mins late. By 6.20 I was told "driver is on his way, 10 mins". By 6.35 I had booked a taxi from another company and called to cancel limo - was told driver is right around the corner, but I said no thanks, tell driver to turn around ( if he was even in the road?) . I will never use this company or recommend it, I will actually tell people to find another company because this one is very unreliable. I booked to go to an Airport so obviously there was a time restraint here, I am surprised in the lax way this company conducts their "business"

I contacted Newmarket Taxi and Limo to provide rides for my wedding guests and I could not have made a better decision! They provided excellent service and clean, high class cars to get our guests to and from the venue. I can't thank them enough for helping us put the final polish on the end of our evening!

Called to ask if they specifically had child seats they could provide. They asked if wanted a booster and I said no I needed a child seat. On pick up there was no child seat, I mentioned to the driver I asked for a child seat he apologized and said he would make sure there was one for return taxi. On our return there was a booster not a child seat. Drivers were very friendly however company did not provide the service they said they could.

I booked online while I was in vacation in Miami, which was pretty convenient. The driver met me at the designated post mentioned in the confirmation email. Smooth ride, they accepted my american express card with no extra fees or anything (some drivers charge more if you use your card). All in all, great service

I booked a limo, over the web, for a 60th birthday party. When I did not hear back (should have been a warning), I phoned to confirm the booking. I was told that everything was in the system. I ask for an email confirmation, and received one. Imagine my surprise, when on the night of the party, and I'm supposed to be taking the birthday girl to her surprise party, NO CAR SHOWS UP! Not only that, when I called to ask where my car was, I was told by a very rude woman on the phone that they don't come to my area! I told her I had a confirmation number and she said "too bad". Textbook example of crappy customer service. She didn't even try to get a car to me, just hung up. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I would have given them zero stars, but the system wouldn't let me!

These guys just chauffeured my wedding last weekend, and I was VERY impressed. They sent 4 black cars (very clean, nice and polished) to bring everyone to and from the hotel to the wedding venue in Mount Albert. We negotiated a reasonable flat rate, and all in all their service was just amazing.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely appalled at the service that we received from this company, many reasons listed below. Driver was annoyed that we had a car seat to install and said he didn't know we were travelling with baby. Company called me the day before to advise we would have to bring our own rear facing car seat so they obviously knew but failed to tell the driver. Driver lectured us about the amount of things we were travelling with and told us he wasn't a moving company. Driver threatened to kick us out of his car in the middle of the road, while raining, with our baby because I questioned him about the rate as he told me $90 when online quote was $85. Driver had the audacity to expect a tip after this service and told us to never call him again after we paid him exactly $90. How he was expecting a tip after this, I have absolutely no idea. Will NEVER use this company again and will make sure I warn everyone I know about them

Before our recent vacation, we booked this service for our trip to the airport. The car was clean and comfortable and arrived on time. The driver (Maj) was very courteous and helpful. On the way, we enjoyed a pleasant and inspiring conversation, which helped put us in the mood to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. Our return trip was booked from Iceland, using the convenient online booking service. We provided our names and flight number and received a confirmation e-mail right away. Upon arrival at Pearson, there were significant delays in the disembarkation process and in collecting our luggage. We would not have been surprised to find that the driver had given up waiting for us. When we finally emerged, there was a text message assuring us that our limo would be there. We were delighted to find the same driver (Maj), patiently waiting for us. He was eager to hear all about our trip and we enjoyed an engaging conversation all the way back. We will definitely book with Newmarket Limo again. What a great way to begin and end a fabulous vacation!
