Fantastic experience with the team of professionals at AGP Speed and Custom. When I walked in off the street and spoke to Nick, he was quite knowledgeable about my vehicle model and engine size. Nick was able to quickly provide me with information about the different types of exhaust options available to me, as well as answer all of the questions I had. Based on questions Nick asked me about my driving habits, what I was looking for in terms of sound and noise level, etc., Nick was able to make a recommendation for the product he thought might be the best option for me and my vehicle. Nick highlighted the importance of taking my time to think, and to be sure before making a decision. Also, that I could watch videos online to gain some more perspective on the different components. At no point was pressure ever applied to make a sale, and, in my opinion, the pricing was very fair and honest. As someone who is new to vehicle modification, I felt somewhat intimidated entering the shop. However, the entire staff was very helpful, patient, and kind. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed and I would definitely recommend AGP Speed and Custom to a friend.

I waited a few months before I wrote this review... I've put a few thousand kilometers on it, and it run BETTER than i was expecting. Very professional job (Cam, Tune, Headers). Honest review from someone who read a review, and decided to take a chance with the shop. I annoyed the hell out of them with coolant questions, but they did a great job.

Nick and his team are the best. They completely transformed my car from driving terrible to a very impressive sounding and driving car. Nick gave me his professional advice and opinion, which I do not regret one bit. He helped me a lot as my car was hacked together by a previous shop, but AGP undid that and made it look like it was never there. Not only does the car perform well, but it sounds good too. I was shocked at the dyno numbers, this wouldn't have been possible without Nick and his team. Overall very excellent experience, they even went out of their way to get the car cleaned inside and out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you Nick and the team, will definitely be back.

***Follow up Edit 1.5 years later, down 3 stars*** Second update (June 2nd 2022), I have been blocked on Instagram by this shop after the owner noticed this honest and detailed review. Quite unfortunate. -‐----------------------------------------------------------------- So initially when I purchased the Stage 3 cam from AGP (Sept. 23rd 2020) and when I upgraded my Clutch to a Katech LS9 on my 2010 Camaro SS (mid 2021) all was quite smooth, and expensive. Which was fine considering the work was top notch, the best I've seen after dealing with several other tuner shops in Ontario. However, I am now having throttle body issues. Never once did AGP reply to my dozens of attempts to fix the issue with a feasible solution or even schedule me in to take a look at the issue and offer a diagnosis. I received a reply and some speculation after repeated attempts to contact, still no offer to personally take in the car for diagnostic service. Diagnostic speculation from the owner over text turned out to be incorrect. All I can say is customer service after an initially large expensive job is quite lacking. Quite disappointing. All I needed was a tune up. Parts on the car are the same as the day of the cam install AGP preformed, however they have refused and dodged repeated attempts at my requests for help or even maintenance of the cam valvetrain in general. I'll keep my original review below, as that is how I truly felt after the car had been modified by them initially. Take the good reviews on here with a grain of salt as longevity will show the true nature of a shop that values its customers. Once again, my build and tune as a result of coming here was fantastic as this was the best tuner shop I had been to thus far. Just customer service is all that is asked for at this point. ----------------------------------------------------------- Best LS and LT tuners in Ontario! Tuned my car and cammed it extremely nicely after I was having some issues with it. They're extremely friendly and the service you get here is amazing! I honestly wouldn't be able to recommend anyone else other than these guys if you're after reliable performance in Ontario. AGP all the way! ?

Nick and his associate were great. I needed a same day appointment and AGP accommodated my needs within 30 minutes. Had a windshield repair completed and I was able to keep my own clients appointments, not losing out on a day of work with my own business. After spending over $9000 at AGP I had later found the hose to the vehicles heat exchanger kinked. The work I had done with Nick at AGP included a new extra coolant tank and a cam package among other things. At first I thought it may have been related to the coolant tank and I sent Nick the picture you see below. He said that they never touched that pipe. Going back and forth with Nick over a couple of weeks via email and him repeatedly saying they had nothing to do with the hose. Even after the amount of money that I had spent there, he not once offered for me to bring up the car to take a look at it. Eventually I had thought about it and thought maybe it was done when they did the cam. His response was “ I'm telling you that we do not remove or move the heat exchanger doing a cam install as the only way to do that is to take the bumper off...which it does not come off”. He even said that they remove the radiator and AC condenser but they don’t touch the heat exchanger. I then asked how that was possible as it looks like the heat exchanger is mounted onto the condenser. He finally offered for me to take up the car for him to look at it. After all the times he denied and was unwilling to help, how am I to feel welcome there? I can honestly say every time I sent an email it was met with not one ounce of responsibility or professionalism. I felt completely like it was my problem to deal with. He even said it was probably like that from the factory and that “he’s seen worse from GM”. Wow, just wow. My first interaction with Nick when I dropped off my vehicle was pretty smooth, when I paid was even easier. Unfortunately when there was a problem there was a blatant lack of care to say the least. Not once in all our communications did he ever say I’m sorry, or take even the slightest responsibility or even hint that maybe it may have been done at his shop. An utter lack of customer service.
