W	Weird boi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ March 3rd 2022. Using my sons gmail for this post. I had ordered a taxi in advance (1pm) for my two children (one who is special needs) to be taken to their babysitter after school. The taxi called and said he was LATE (past dismal 3:37pm), as I was just stepping into my performance exam. After my exam I was able to look at my phone and came to find out my kids were NEVER picked up. My poor eldest son didn’t know what to do and with great difficulty had managed to get himself and his younger brother home by WALKING UNATTENDED. They were sitting on my front steps at 5pm with tears streaming down their faces. It’s a mf miracle the police or social services weren’t called. What a traumatic event for a 11 & 7 year old. I’m highly disappointed and expected more of this “company”. I’ll never be able to convince my son a taxi is safe again.

N when coming back after my appointment, got the same driver again and I seen the meter is not ON.so I told him to put the meter on .n his reply was he knows the amount of the fare. I told him I feel good of he will.open.the meter n whatever is the amount I will pay n he completely ignored me so at the back of the head I dont how much he will.charged me anyway I said Ok.lets see.. so here we go n when we reached my destination he was charging me more money that I used to pay. I was Furious and said I told you to keep your meter on so ur cheating on me n.your office. I told him i used to pay this.much so.I will.only pay that amount. how much I used to pay always approx. N then I paid him n.because his not happy he charged me extra money for using his debit.machine.like seriously. I will never used this taxi anymore.
p	paul spicer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cab showed up sooner than expected, the driver was friendly and courteous. But they do have some kind of issue with the online ordering.
V	Vic Newh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to BOOK a cab for the next morning to go to work. The lady said I’m busy and HUNG UP. Called again and she said she was too busy to book a cab and hung up on me again before I even had the chance to say anything… so why would she pick up in the first place. Also ordered a cab earlier that day and was very late as usual. If you want to get anywhere on time I HIGHLY suggest using someone else.
M	Mayut Majok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the drivers are amazing but when I call them anytime I lose something they say they'll let the driver know and than never get back to me. Why not just say driver's keeping my stuff?
R	Ryan Perrault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prebooked a cab for 730am. Order went through, only to later learn AT 735am that the cab would be 10 minutes later than that. Whats the point in prebooking something if your drivers are going to be consistently late. Ill be switching to Uber or a competitor's company in the city. Terrible customer service, and overall, worst ride service in the city.
V	Vince Carter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst company. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS CAB COMPANY!!. I have booked for appointments on cold cold days, and to pharmacies. I even book a day earlier. If the taxi guy decides it's not his worth the time or the distance then he or she will NEVER show up at the door. Because they do not want to do the short trip and make less money! These crooks left me stranded many times in cold weather. Guess what!!!!?? Many many years I never wanted to sign up for UBER as I wanted to support cab,taxi drivers. Today you guys have forced me to sign up for UBER. So for that....THANK YOU!! Please everyone use uber at 50% less than these crooks!!!
S	Scott H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called this morning for a cab. Guy answered, asked if I would be able to book a taxi. "Too busy, phone someone else" was the response I received. Absolute pitiful service anytime I've tried to deal with them. Use Coop instead, much more pleasant to deal with. Wonder why ride sharing is taking over?
