★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend taking this course. Erin is a fantastic instructor! Learning material from a manual can be dry, and uninteresting. However, Erins teaching style and humour, made taking in the information fun. I like how she integrates videos and examples with skill practice into the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My instructor Dale, was super helpful. I had a two day course, and I honestly thought I was going to have a hard time staying awake. He did a great job engaging with us, and keeping everything informative and upbeat. Rather than dry and boring. Very pleased with my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a scam. They don't disclose their "certification" is not accepted by many organizations including National Lifeguard. Don't do it. Go anywhere else but here. Waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the worst CPR training I have gotten. The instructor Erin, seem to be fed up with doing this since she is taking a course in addiction counselling. All she kept talking about was needles needles needles. She seemed very non-chalant, constantly yawning, laughing akwardly, telling fables and brushed off questions and responses she didn't know. She was very rude and sarcastic and seemed like she is tired of doing this training. No enthusiam at all! She just read the book word for word and put videos while doing who knows what on her desk, and when she talks, she talked super fast.
Overall, she seemed very uninterested and tired of the job and I won't recommend this place except you are booking with a different instructor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very informative. Erin was great, friendly, happy and had tons of interesting stories. For someone who teaches the same thing everyday and reads the exact same material out loud you would expect it to be pretty mundane and boring but Erin made it interesting and engaging.
Because of covid we couldn’t practice on each other or mannequins so there was a lot of sitting. The hands on practice was replaced with lots of good videos that I feel confident enough in my skills without having the hands on practice.
A lot of content is packed into 2 days but I feel like Erin repeated the most crucial points enough for you to remember them for the exam and probably 3 years.
Would recommend to a friend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my CPR-HCP, and AED training today at St. Mark's with Erin. There were just a few of us in class today as quite a few didn't show up, at first I thought we were in for a boring long day, but boy was I wrong there! Erin is such a great instructor, she kept us going the entire day, whether it was with short video clips, or her interesting and relatable stories to go along with the actual training. I actually had a great time!
