★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very unsatisfactory service experience at the Regina ,Sk Victoria East location. I had purchased 2 cellular blinds some time ago. At the time of purchase both blinds were cut to the measurements I provided. The blinds had not been installed, and remained in their original packaging. Since purchase, some changes had been made to the windows the blinds were to go in, and both blinds no longer fit as cut. So I brought the blinds back into the store and asked them to be recut ( remove about an inch from each one). I was told the company policy was that no recuts would be done. Only in the event the store had made a mistake, but not if the customer made a mistake. I explained that I recognized that I was asking because of my mistake. I even offered to pay for the service. Was told, absolutely no exception would be made. The sales clerk had no offer of any suggestion as to what I could do or where I could go to get them cut. The store had the ability to do the re-cut, but refused to do so. I suspect in hopes of selling me 2 new blinds! So, very discouraged with the level of customer service offered (none), I went to another Home Depot. My blinds were quickly cut, with a smile! So company policy, individual store policy, lazy employee? Home Depot, Regina Vic East store, you gotta be better. Signed disappointed loyal customer now ex customer.

Online orders for tubs, showers appliances have been a little slow, but good quality.
Contractor services have been good to install flooring we purchased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One employee ( I unfortunately did not read the name tag - it was an older gentleman, walking with cane; mustache with ends turned up) was super helpful and knowledgeable, far beyond i am used to lately. He was called to help multiple times on his radio- apparently everyone knows about him being very capable. As long as he works there, this HD location is first to check if I need something. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my review below I went back to the store to buy a folding table the website listed 8 in stock however none could be found. Some employee were helpful by checking all around the store for me however one just kept telling me I should do to the other store since it had some in stock. I said I was fine to wait while they check since I really didn't want to go to the other store, but this employee was very persistent that I just go to the other store and didn't seem concerned in the slightest that 8 table were missing from his section. To me it just felt like he wanted me to leave so he could do something else.
Store has great selection and had all the products I needed however I was a bit disappointed in their customer service. I was buying a large barn door when a car asked if I was finding what I needed okay I said yes but I was unsure how I would lift it. Instead of offering to find someone to help me lift and load the item. She simply told me where I could find carts that would fit such a large item. As I struggle to get the barn door off the shelf and lay it on the cart there were three employees at the end of the aisle none of which offered to help me. When trying to get to the front of the store many of the aisles were too crowded with items and I could not fit down with the large cart. Thankfully when I paid for the item and asked for some help loading it in my car they were happy to accommodate me and a very nice gentleman helped me load the door into my car.
