★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furniture shopping can be overwhelming! Ashley furniture was my first stop And I stopped there! My experience was great. They greeted me at the front door with a friendly smile and gave me space to tour their show room. I had previously visited the website so when you when I was going in there what I was looking for. Dawn had stopped me as she seen me browsing through my phone- asked me if I had found everything that I was looking for. She must’ve sensed that I was on a mission! She had explained to me that the show room only carries 25% of what the website has. So I showed her the pictures I had taken of off the website and she showed me around the show room and showed me comparable ie fabrics and furniture sizes comparable to the ones I was looking at. I mainly stopped into Ashley furniture because of my sisters previous experience so of course you know how word of mouth goes. I am more than confident enough to say my furniture shopping experience at Ashley furniture as a fantastic experience. I know as the outside of the building can seem overwhelming. But I kid you not I highly recommend stopping in!

He took time to share information about quality, configurations, options and even showed us the difference between a new and the ‘worn in’ versions. I appreciated that extra attention to detail. Ken was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly! He also gave us time to browse on our own. We really enjoyed our experience with Ken and will not hesitate to work with him again in the future. Bonus points for a fellow Star Wars fan too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing experience today at Ashley. I had called in prior to visiting the store to get details about a sectional I saw online. Aaron quickly provided me with all the info I needed - and when I went to the store to purchase the sectional there were no hidden costs and the transaction was super quick, which made it much easier with a toddler!
We were also shocked to learn that our couch was in stock and it’s arriving next week! We’ve never had a furniture item shipped that quick.
Thanks Aaron for the help! We can’t wait for our new sectional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now this is customer service!! Called in and talked to a very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive person by the name of Dawn. When we arrived we had the best experience with Tristan, we experienced the dream diagnostic which measured pressure points to ascertain the best mattress for us, we tried out the mattresses and found the perfect mattress. Everything was drawn up and done with delivery to the rural area, hauling away the old beds and setting up the new beds. I could not ask for anything more. They are great and well worth it. Thank you Ashley HomeStore.

I decided to make my purchase a few days later and Maya helped me over the phone, once again, very helpful. It was quick and easy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Service! If you need a great salesperson Matt is your guy! He is so helpful and knowledgeable on the furniture they had in the store. He was able to provide me with all the information I needed and helped fix my mistake when I didn’t measure and bought something that was way too big for the space. Timelines were great, was able to get the living room furniture I needed in 5 days! Would definitely recommend Matt and the Ashley Furniture store in Regina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are moving our daughter to Regina and needed a sofa. We had ordered online but it wasn’t arriving when we needed it to so we went to the Quance Street location in Regina and were approached by Maya, one of the store Managers, who gave us her business card and said to call her if we needed any help. We got back home to Calgary and decided to purchase the Darcy sofa so we called Maya and she went above and beyond to help us through the process and to ensure the sofa would arrive when we could be in Regina next. I would recommend dealing with Maya. I’m sure everyone at that store is good but she takes customer service to a whole new level. If we need any other furniture for my daughter I will definitely give her our business again. All around great experience at Ashley HomeStore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most delightful shopping experience with the help of Matt Armstrong who was an outstanding Sales Person. He was engaging, friendly, knowledgeable and patient! Great store, excellent selection of furniture, great sale, and very easy to move around in. The furniture we selected certainly appeared to be of high quality and wonderful finishes. They have a great selection of modest to premium products that gave us many options. They offer delivery at three different levels, first being free! Additional service can be arranged for an associated fee. Would highly recommend Ashely's based on our personal experience!
