★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The system said my package was at the access point, but it wasn’t. The next day, I call the access point to ensure that it arrived so I don’t waste the time and gas going there if it’s not actually there. The man who answered the phone kept interrupting me when I tried to explain... despite what the system says, the package might not physically be there, and it wasn’t there last time I came. He kept interrupting me and saying that yes it was there. So I made my way over, and guess what? IT’S NOT THERE. He checks everywhere and can’t find it. When I said I called literally 15 minutes ago about this, he keeps interrupting me and saying that he’s just going by the system. If he just gave me a minute to speak on the phone, he could have actually understood what the problem was and not given me false information.
Update:
I’m not upset that the package wasn’t there, it was disappointing how I wasn’t given a chance to speak when calling to check in. I was interrupted multiple times and this ignorance led to a wasted effort on both parties.
Also, it was interesting to see how my parcel that required a signature was just left on the front steps for everyone to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to manually ship a business parcel and it would be billed to the account with a manual form. I was told by both front counter employees that they do not do manual shipping forms for a business account and it can only be done at the main Toronto street shipping location. They said I could pay directly at this location but it would not bill at the corporate shipping rate.
I dont know if this is some scheme for them to make more commission off shipping as I am able to do it at Regina's 2 other locations all the time without issue. Went to the Toronto location and their customer desk is closed due to Covid. You would think they would know this if referring customers somewhere ?.
Went to the Rochdale location and got Fast Friendly and polite service and exactly what I asked for. Was also told he hears customers complaining about East location for this same issue frequently.
I highly recommend making the drive to another location North or South.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in there yesterday the attendee was so rude just a horrible person. I said to him that he could be a little nicer, he proceeded to throw my parcel out the door behind me. Have never been treated so bad and will never return. Can't imagin he will be in business for very long with all these terrible reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, dismissive customer service. When called out for his actions, he acknowledged it and basically said, “so what”. His lack of manners and his dismissive attitude towards concerns about a possible expensive missing package were just the tip do the iceberg. Viral Patel, I believe is his name. Would never do business there and will definitely go out of my way to use another UPS store in the future. Shameful conduct for a business owner as he claims to be.
Also note the last name of the very few positive reviews - many of them share the same last name. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy in the store was super rude. He put my package on a chair and the package fell off the chair. I mentioned that it's a fragile package and should be handled with care. He answered that it is fine and it is handled with care! Also, he blamed me that I'm having a bad day!
