★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I pulled up I noticed 3 employees standing at the front desk. None of which were wearing a face mask , and for me that is no problem. Walked in and everyone put in their mask. I greeted the gentleman and he asked me to put on a mask. I don't wear one for medical reasons. He pulled a mask out with his bare hands and tried to give it to me. If we are concerned about germs then he shouldn't be touching something he wants me to cover my face with. Un professional and I been purchasing all my insurance through Galon for years. Time to take my business else where. Absolutely Ludacris. Will be canceling all my business with you people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to ask for a permit. They said they would email it to me. I called at 10:00am, asked for the permit to start at 10:30 am and they didn't send it until 11:30am. I had to call three times for them to finally send it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, we phoned ahead and they agreed to stay open a couple minutes. When we got there they were running to their vehicles. Over the phone you could here the woman scream and yell the F word before fully hanging up. We drove from Pilot Butte to get there.

Service is good most of the time, I've had a couple times were I've had people that looked like they absolutely wanted nothing to do with me, mumble, to the point where I have to ask them to repeat themselves everytime they say something. Or they start to just talk to another employee about random stuff. Other than theodd incident, great place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to register a newly purchased vehicle. The employee working physically slapped my hand away from a pen as I was attempting to write my name on the bill of sale. It contained the owners information, date, and purchase price already. Why did an employee physically assault me when attempting to put my OWN personal information on something I HAD purchased? Very dissatisfied with the service and recommend no one goes to this establishment.
