Your Child’s First Visit
The Canadian Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends a child’s first dental appointment to occur within 6 months of eruption of their first tooth or by one year of age. The goal of this first appointment is most importantly for our team to begin developing a relationship with your child. But it is also to ensure that newly erupted dentition is healthy and provide parents with imperative knowledge to help support and nurture your child’s dental health and development.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were referred to All About Smiles by a few places. Initially we had a long wait for an appointment but got in within a week from cancelations. We spent very little time waiting and recieved the fastest service. Our daughter had to get some ties revised and we felt nothing but safe, aware and comfortable with the whole procedure. Would definitely recommend to everyone we can and hope to have all our kiddos continue care with this great clinic.

I appreciate that every aspect of the client experience is extremely efficient and yet somehow it always feels genuinely friendly and caring - no small feat. Technicals are invariably top-notch - something I truly value in a dentist:). Dr. Brough and his office merit 5 stars always!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Back and her team are wonderful with their patients, from children to seniors. I have been receiving excellent care from Dr. Back for many years. I'm always grateful for her kindness, as well as that of her assistants. I would recommend these folks to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All About Smiles really helped me when I was a six year old kid who had had very bad experiences at other clinics and was therefore terrified to go to the dentist.
They treated me like a human being rather than just a “dumb little kid” as other clinics had. They talked to me about what they were going to do and allowed me to feel in control of my own body and circumstances. They gave me the respect and bodily autonomy that other clinics had denied me and for that I am extremely grateful. This completely changed my outlook on medical professionals and I cannot recommend All About Smiles highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ben and his staff have always made me and my son feel comfortable when in their care. My son isn't the easiest patient but they are patient and after 12+ years they finally got a full set of his x-rays! They are courteous and gentle all the while being professional. They are all very easy to talk to for kids and adults alike. ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time we are going to this clinic with my child. Clinic is always neat and clean. Receptionist and nurses are always welcoming. The prices are reasonable, but sometimes it is hard to pay everything upfront and then deal with insurance. But the girls are very understanding, and they work with you on rescheduling appointments. Or any other questions you might have. My daughter loves going there and especially getting gifts from them after appointments. I would recommend this clinic for my friends especially if you have a child.
