D	DreamGrapher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I made the mistake of going to them, they seemed very nice Dr Andrew also seemed professional until I actually went to another dentist since I wasnt sure about all the issues he mentioned, fir second opinion and turned out i didnt have more than half of the problems he was making sound as if they were urgent. Worse part, they maxed out my insurance in billing for basic cleaning and scaling hence for the actual needed work I ended up paying from my pocket!

They understand me and they actually help with my anxiety problems with going there. They always make me feel comfortable. Highly recommended. Plus the office is clean and very very relaxing
D	Dawn Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Andrews is very professional, while also being kind, concerned with your welfare, and gentle (after a lifetime of fearing going to the dentist, I actually look forward to going to him!) The office is very clean, well decorated and relaxing. His staff are welcoming and excellent at what they do. He isn't one of those dentists who is 'in it for the money'. He won't order expensive treatment if it's not completely warranted or in your best interests. He always remembers you, and is very engaging. Highly, highly recommended!
H	HERO I AM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic since I was 10 years old, I used to love them but they have gone seriously downhill. I went in with chipped teeth and was told it's not that bad and that I can wait another few months. This is dangerous as chips can cause infections. They no longer send out reminder cards for appointments, if you miss an appointment due to illness they will still charge you $100 or $50 to rebook, even if it is due to illness. They are extremely busy and you can't get in to see anyone for months, they don't prioritize people with more serious issues, and I had Dr. MIKE PENKALA file down my two front teeth without proper consent he claimed it would stop them from chipping, it did not, it made me loose confidence because I was so unhappy with the appearance of my smile. When I was 16 they reffered me to an orthodontist and my parents paid $6,000 for braces to straighten my teeth, when I was 18 my wisdom teeth started coming in sideways and pushed my bottom teeth together again making them crowded and all that money down the drain. They shouldn't be reffering people for orthodontic work if they can't see how wisdom teeth are coming in yet. They are very friendly, if rushed, and the dental assistants and technicians and receptionists are good and Dr. Tamara Penkala is much better than her husband Dr. Mike Penkala, but people need to be aware of the dangers of this clinic.
