★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady was not helpfull, I went there to renew my driver's licence, after she took a photo, I asked to take a look , she said, later, then she printed my temp Licence then, showed me the photo, I was not satisfied with the photo and asked if I can try it again, she said no! she is not friendly at all! Not considerate! I am going to tranfer my file to some other issurer!
I went Knight Artcher few month again with my sister, the lady there showed my sister the photo and asked her if my sister was ok with the photo, before she finalized the filed. But this place is strange! I hope she is the only people treat clients like this!

The lady that helped me displayed outstanding customer service - instead of sounding annoyed for me calling so late, the lady was very personable, understanding, and efficient. Been a customer for over 10 years...highly recommend!

We have been with them for over 20 years, now that it is sold to some huge conglomerate company, it has lost the Customer satisfaction concept. I have been working with the same person since February 2022, on one item. I am still waiting, I can only email every week for so long while getting the response, "I will get back to you next week". It is evident and clear they are not interested in working for the customer.
