She soothed my disappointment and then reviewed my home insurance policy resulting in a three hundred savings to me. Karen Filleul was very professional who I would highly recommend and if next year I have any questions with my insurance renewal I hope I get to deal with her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My condo insurance came up for renewal, it was through Knight Archer Insurance in Regina. I had questions about my policy so tried to get in touch, after a few attempts to have someone return my call, I was put in touch with a Broker named Shan Lu.
His name was not the name on my policy that was up for renewal as my contact Broker but because I couldn't get help from anyone else he stepped up to the plate. He not only answered all my questions, he took the time to search around and get me a better price in comparison to what I currently have.
I would highly recommend working with Shan he goes above and beyond to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tayshia and Arti provide very good service. We faced problem with changing our license but they solved it and saved our lot of time. Without their help we have to go to multiple locations to solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I don’t have complaints and it goes well but they are not that difficult as well today was a nightmare!!!!
My parents moved in with me as Permanent Resident they have their
PR Card (Photo Id ) International Passport (Photo Id )
SK Health card (which I believe you only get if you live in Sasketchwan) ,
their Bank statement which has their address on it
Still they were DENIED to get a Sasketchwan Photo ID card because they wanted a “Lease Agreement “ or a “Utility Bill” with their Name on it.
I am a Homeowner I asked them if they want to see my Mtg Documents they mentioned NO , the Lady tells me you should have a Brown Letter that comes from Government of Canada I asked her what kind of brown letter and she shows me CRA I told her that’s when they will do their TAXES how come CRA will send them a letter before that !!!
All I wanted to do is get a Sasketchwan Photo ID card for both of them and they want me to make Lease agreements , put on utility Bill and won’t accept any thing that”s clearly a part in the document checklist
This is totally unacceptable according to this my parents CANNOT HAVE A PROOF that they live in Sasketchwan????

Two items of business
1) Paper and electronic copies of my Professional Driver's Abstract.
-- Dylan Gallon was all over that like a fat man on a buffet line.
2) Pricing out an Auto Pak.
-- As Dylan was setting me up with Shan Lu, I asked loudly if I could have a file folder / envelope to keep my hard copies in order. Faster than Usain Bolt, one of the clerks found me a legal sized envelope. She was so fast I didn't even get her name.
-- Shan Lu was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Most importantly -- there was NO HARD SALES PUSH.
-- I used to do the English Teacher thing in China so we reminisced about The Middle Kingdom. The whole thing was like having a conversation with my uncle (Lu shushu).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in like 25 minutes to talk to a person, after no one would answer the phone when calling in. Just to be told their to busy today to have someone cancel my auto pack for a car I recently sold. Told to come back another day. Will be back to cancel both my auto packs amd home insurance and goto a company that offers decent service. I'd advise others do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knight Archer in Vic Ave is a great place for customers. I had some issues regarding my vehicle. Lisa was wonderful and helped me through the process and everytime I felt my concerns are valued and sincerely solving the problem. The communication was great, smooth and top of all quick.
