Redwings are the best out there. I can easily get 3 years out of a pair and I just buy a new set because of boot allowances. I recommend these boots to anyone who is looking for a high quality boot that will last and last.

She knew all of the product, was able to immediately recommend shoes for both of our feet once we told her a quick breakdown of our needs. Amazing experience, we were in and out within half an hour and the work boots we got are great!
G	Greg McCoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in the store looking for a pair of heritage Mocs 6” ladies in the store did not know what I was talking about upon leaving, saw the boot I was looking for, when I asked them about the boot they were a bit surprised then didn’t know what colors they had in stock. When I’m going to buy a 350 dollar pair of boots you would think the staff would know what your talking about and have some knowledge of the products they carry especially the popular versions. Can honestly say this store has turned me off the red wing brand altogether. No wonder everyone is shopping on line now.

Red Wing has drastically gone down hill since they started outsourcing most of their work boots from places like Vietnam. And it would seem the customer support has gone with it.

After some futile searching from a lazy employee I was told to look again to make sure. Only when I was leaving did she become interested in helping. Just bought 3 pairs off amazon. Terrible customer service cost them my future business.
m	matthew lawrence on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive boots with poor warranty. Very disappointed with my $450 boots! I even took the bait and bought another $50 on care product. Boots started to shrink after a couple months and of course the warranty doesn’t cover that, or so the store said. I’ve been wearing work boots for well over 20 years and I haven’t seen anything like this. I could have bought 2 pairs of boots everywhere else. Update: I ended up sending these boots back to Redwing headquarters and they agreed with me that they had shrunk and headquarters stroked me a cheque for a full rebate. So I guess Redwing isn’t really to blame but just this particular ignorant store.

I returned both pairs to Redwing Regina and couldn't be happier with level of service I received from Val! She promptly and professionally dealt with my issues and exceeded my expectations!
