★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed and upset with the staff today. My mom & I were the only customer at that time we were in the store and the 3 sales associates did not even greet us nor attended/asked if we need help with anything. We were there for at least 20mins and was ignored the entire time. The 3 sales associates were just chatting with each other at the counter. Whats worst is when other customers came, they were greeted & attended immediately. Such discrimination!! Never been treated like this before. This should be NO STAR, but google won't let me do that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store. Staff is polite and helpful. I have had problems with two pairs of shoes, and they have gladly helped and had them covered under warranty with the manufacturer. Saves me the time and cost of mailing them away. I will continue to shop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not pleased with service or should I say lack.of service at the Regina Cornwall store this afternoon. I was the only customer in the store. And was looking at a number of different shoes and trying them on from the shelf. There were 2 employees behind the til too busy talking about the one's Cree heritage. Not only was I not greeted, but they could not be bothered to ask if I needed a different size or the other shoe to try...nada...nothing!!
