★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly disorganized. Door tag and online tracking have no info on pickup. Two days later it says ready at depot... Google fu'ed the answer to where, but it was a lot more difficult than it had to be.
Office is poorly signed, and Google had terrible time finding it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wasted 25 minutes of my time on hold and talking to someone. I googled canpar phone number. I called the number in this add. WAITED ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES. Then I was told this is loomis and they cannot help.
Based on my experience and others, the management team needs to be totally replaced.

They leave packages sitting in the driveway, a huge package has been lost now for weeks and there has been nothing done about it, tying up our shop work waiting for it’s delivery.
DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY, you’ve been warned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I swore I would never use them again. Decided to give them another try as the package was being sent to me and I was fine with a delay. Scheduled a pickup 3 days later I phone and it's still not picked up. That's litterly half your job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's not much good to say. It took 8 days to get my parcel from Winnipeg to Regina and it took "out for delivery with courier" 3 times before it was delivered. Chatted 5 times and called once and it was just a bunch of excuses and to top it off the parcel was delivered on Sunday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst!!!! Lost my package. Had the wrong name on their email tracking and "proof of delivery" sheet. They kept hanging up every time I would get through to their customer service. The chat was even worse than their telephone line. They sent me a picture of a building I've never even see and said it was delivered. My neighbor had the same issues with them. I would rather use a carrier pigeon than ever use this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very unreliable. We had scheduled multiple packages that were to be picked up and they did not pick-up the package the day pick-up was requested. Called today to reschedule a pick-up and they did not apologize for missing the pickups yesterday. When asked if they could come right away so that my packages could get out right away they did not show any urgency to resolve the issues that were caused. We will be doing all of our business with another company going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They completely lied to me about my delivery. It sat in their warehouse for two days. All I got from the call centre was a line of bs. I will NEVER purchase anything that is shipped by Loomis.
