★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AWFUL. they will toss your package, as I have camera footage. The manager won’t let you get a word in. The employees show up in unmarked cars with NO COMPANY SHIRTS. They can’t read directions and when they do they leave your gate open and I found my dog roaming outside. You should be ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constantly damaged boxes, says not home when I’m home, camera shows them not even near my house when logged. Even had delivered to a business address and said was closed during our open hours. Terrible customer service, wish Amazon would stop using them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Suspicious. Horrendous. Disappointing. If i can give 0 star, i will!!! everything is so awful, the representative is awful, they are not there to help you solve your problem. Everything bad. I have had of item showing as delivered that never arrived. The stuff in my package is to protect my health which is very urgent to use, but it never comes !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Such a terrible business, why it is still existed???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't care who is at fault... Don't care where... Somewhere my package was destroyed by Dynamex and wasn't delivered. Thanks for the heads up Dynamex, days after it was supposed to be delivered. Thanks that I now have to wait days for it to Maybe be delivered by you again. Not only that, I now have to pay double and wait days for a refund. Keep up the good work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, everytime. I at least get my packages on the day they say.
I wish amazon would stop using them, they come at all kind of weird hours - super early (530/6am) and late. They never knock or give any indication your package is outside they just leave it on your doorstep (even when it's clear I am home with a vehicle in the driveway and lights on etc), so sometimes its hours before you realize it's even out there, and they frequently deliver it to the wrong address completely. I'll check my door when it says on amazon it's been delivered and it's not there... but it's at the neighbours ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To anyone reading, be sure to contact amazon and tell them you do not want these people delivering your packages. They will do their best to ensure Dynamex never handles another package. Terrible excuse for a company. Will deliver at weird hours in unmarked vehicles and no uniform. They don't bother knocking or ringing the door bell. I have been sitting at the window, and watch them out the package by my door and take a picture of it without even as much as yelling "delivery"... many times I have been home to find that my package was sitting outside for hours.
