★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since posting the review below, Compass contacted me and admitted their error and offered me space in their next publication for free. Although I was unhappy with their "human error" at least they took the time to call and try to find a way to make it up. Their error cost me sales in the season which is the most financially beneficial to advertise in. The next publication won't result in the sales revenue a correct listing would have in the Spring, however it is better than nothing. I am pleased they at least made an offer.
I will never place advertising with this company again. They took money for an ad that was to appear in a publication this spring. They told me the publication would be delivered the 2nd or 3rd week of April. My advertised promotions and work that is generally done the last few weeks in April so timing was perfect. WELL, that didn't happen. The publication was delivered MAY 4th, after one of the promotions "advertised" expiry date. VERY POOR!!!! When I called them they wouldn't take responsibility but blamed it on CANADA POST. They should have known when they had to get the publication to CP in order to meet the delivery date they promised. I am ANNOYED? YES Did they refund my money? NO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told we were on a 3 month trial. Didn't realize for over 2 years they were charging $150 per month to the owners personal credit card. When I confronted them, they said we misunderstood & that money was for hosting the website not doing any updates or anything! Talked to another company who does websites and he was floored that they were charging us that amount & that they took & shut down our site completely. Definitely NOT worth paying them for anything. Can get better work for a WAY cheaper fee.
