Derek was informative as to how long it would take and when my vehicle was expected to be completed. He explained in detail as to what the job would entail and things that could happen which would cost me more. His estimate was right on. I really appreciate the fact that he communicated all of this. The Terrain looks fabulous! I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you Derek for the great job you do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially went in for a free quote to see how much my repairs would cost. Rob was very informative on the process and provided me with very detailed next steps to start the repairs on my vehicle. I contacted SGI and 2 weeks later my parts were ordered and work began on my vehicle. They are very cooperative and they do their best to work with you and your schedule.
They also paid for my rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. I was contacted a few business days later to pick up my car and by my surprise, the car was cleaned on the inside and out. Rob and his team went above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle for someone who had no idea what they were doing!
I definitely would recommend Maaco to anyone and return if ever I need more repairs done on my vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really didn't know what to expect - I am used to dealing with dealerships that are very one directional which is to do everything no matter the cost. I dropped in to see how much it would cost to deal with a little scrape and dent. Rob came out and looked at my truck without an appointment, provided lots of information on what could be done in a affordable way and polished out some damage to make it less noticeable. Great place to go, I will keep them in mind when I have a larger need in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is for Cardiff Collision, not Maaco. New ownership of Cardiff Collision is top notch. Joe has the same front end staff being Rob and Larry. Awesome service and on time as promised. My truck was given to me cleaner than when I picked it up new from the Dealer. Awesome service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to my horrible luck with vehicles, I have taken each of my last 3 cars into Maaco for one type of body repair or another. It really is a painless experience. Rental cars, getting your vehicle back to your dealership for necessary calibration steps, they've handled everything quickly and professionally.
Great communication thru out the process. Rob at the front desk is fantastic and came out to walk me thru what work needed to be done (and was able to help out on some other repairs for me as well).
Big thanks to Rob and also the crew in the garage -- appreciate the great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave my vehicle to maaco for a replacement bumper/taillight/ bodywork, took 10+ days to finish the bumper, wrong taillight in total installed in my vehicle, 2 new dents on my car while macco had my car, reviews are fake, when to check into my car and watched a mechanic almost destroy a truck bumper almost backing into a steel pole, don’t use this place unless you want to be played around
