★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store when it was Fact computer. Since that time I have referred numerous people. In the last 18 months I was sold a printer that never worked. It was replaced after some dispute and then the second printer went 2 days of warranty. Even though they sold be all my computer and equipment they said the printer they sold me was lousy and was discontinued. Then why did they sell it. I would no longer give this company even a star but to post it I needed to click on 1 star. I am sorry my business and my referrals matter so little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a small operation with three MacBooks, one Mac Mini & one iPad. Turnaround times on repairs have been very fast, and they've only made "upsell" suggestions when it made sense to do so. For example, they recommended a medium-priced iPad as more suitable for our purposes than the top-of-the-range one, and advised low-cost repairs and upgrades over replacements. The upsell recommendation was to upgrade to more RAM on the Mac Mini when one of the original memory sticks needed to be replaced, which made a significant improvement in operation.

I was told that they could not recover them. these are pictures and music that i had been collecting for the last 10 years, memories of my beloved ones who passed on , all gone in a flash. when i consulted someone else about recovery they said it can be done. when i asked fact computers to recover my photos and music , they told me i had to pay for the recovery yet it was their fault. I can never recommend anyone here ever. I actually thought about suing them for this. If there was an option for a minus star i would have used it. #unsatisfiedcustomerwhowillneverforgiveyou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They kept the hard drive for more than three months for data recovery.
the technician couldn't be able to recover the data asked me it needed to send to lab and initial cost will be between 2 to 3 hundred after few days called me back and asked 700$ hundreds for pictures and documents. that was just to open and then it will go from there .... i told him bring it back and when it came back a guy from their office called me at home and said pick up your hard disk by friday or else it will be dispose off......how nice ....... this is business as usual or unusual ..... Both thumbs down !!!...
